Secret Wars is a Marvel Event unlike any other in the history of the comic book company. Filled with Marvel Legends from every corner of the Marvel multiverse, Secret Wars is considered to be one of the biggest and best events Marvel has ever put out. Secret wars 2015 really felt like a ending to the fantastic four and personally a great sendoff for that team in my opinion.

Thats exactly what it was. Jonathan Hickman was the author for both fantastic four and secret wars, he had it all planned out in his head years in advance..Thats why most marvel comic fans all agree he is one of the best authors ever.

@@dirkdiggler6962 indeed and honestly my only complaint with this story is that we didn’t get to see Hickman plan fully realized and reboot the marvel universe because secret wars 2015 had the opportunity to pull the trigger.

My biggest issue with the story is how messy and complex is the battleworld to understand, for the mcu we need a smaller and easy to understand battleworld

I believe the X-Men will be introduced in the MCU Secret Wars. At the end, their Earth and Earth 616 will merge and that will explain the presence of mutants.

@@ixqulfil the metallurgy processor riri was talking about when shuri asked her about the vibranium detector she made. when asked about the machine she allegedly made for the CIA, riri quickly denied and stated she made it for a school project (at MIT), saying her professor pushed her to make it. i think this professor could possibly be victor von doom, would be a nod to the doomwar storyline with a wakanda invasion (probably in search of vibranium) plus he could also easily be introduced with ned, MJ and spider-man. could even throw in the introduction of the midnight angels armor because those were also used in doomwar, to assassinate doom in fact during the wakanda invasion. in the end as well when namor says wakanda will be invaded by more countries and they will come to him for help, he could be foreshadowing a latverian invasion. i’m probably reaching but you can call it hopeful reaching because i want doom to be involved.

I still have my issue #12 of the 1984 Secret Wars from then, the only one I purchased of them before I finally got to read the entire Secret Wars story some years or more later.

My money is on that they use Kang as the “beyonder” in Kang dynasty as a catalyst and doom can help with secret wars. I mean it WAS doom who gave Kang his tech he’s wearing

For people who want the entire story of Secret wars (including the Hickman run of New Avengers and the Avengers comic line that lead up to the event), you can watch Comics Explained's video on it. It's a 9 hour video but he goes through the whole thing so well and makes it more understandable without the hassle of trying bounce between comics to find out the backstory of anything and everything

That's a good question. I don't know if it is but I feel as they have published the title already, they'd have a case either way should someone try to use it for their own means. But also then you gotta compete with Marvel Comics and soon the MCU if you wanted to use it, so also it would probably end up drowning out a new project by the same name for search results. So I personally just wouldn't use it regardless for that reason lol. Unless I wanted to make like a short fan-made film based around Marvel's Secret Wars. Then I'd just be harnessing the pre-existing hype and searchability.

She doesn't appear in the Secret Wars(2015) #1-#9 but in the series of Secret Wars , there is a small issues of 4 comics where she's in it , it's call House of M (2015). It's one of the BattleWorld where Mutant rule over human and Magneto and his family(Scarlet Witch) are royalty

Crossover means in terms of multiple comicbook titles at one publisher. 2015 Secret Wars pulled in Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, X-Men, Punisher, Captain Marvel, Avengers, Thor, Doctor Strange - and so many more titles! So that's what I mean when I say crossover here. 😉🤓

it just kills me how many people tell me secret wars and then the new secret wars all the while forgetting one thing there was secret wars then there was secret wars 2 then they had the most recent secret war with God Emperor doom that makes three not two like if you guys are going to report I watch your show and I like your content but at least get your facts right secret wars secret wars 2 in the '80s then the new secret war with God Emperor doom it's fact when reporting check backs

Secret Wars 2 also exists, yes, but people don't usually get it confused with 2015 Secret Wars because it has a 2 (II) at the end, which is why I didn't mention it here. This would be the newest Secret Wars in relation to 84s because they were both called Secret Wars - exact same name. Secret Wars II - also from the 80s - is a continuation / sequel to 84 Secret Wars so if anything I more consider it an extension of that original story. Especially since they are so close in their release as well.

Just a tip, less face cam. It takes viewers out of the story. Makes it very difficult to discern what’s going on. Comicstorian and Comics Explained both manage this issue very well in their own ways. Gotta find a way to keep viewers more immersed in the story

There's too much of a "Who Cares?" feeling to all of this. And it's hard to follow... I'll see all the Marvel flicks, but I just liked how streamlined the Infinity Saga was vs this current phase. Good luck, MCU, I hope you can make sense out of all of this.

Mcu is buggered only going downhill from now on to many diffrent directors and lazy writing cause they just knew they was the best in Hollywood..lost the passion after phase 2 and u starting seeing the flaws and silliness..
