Anthrocon is the only reason anyone comes here on purpose. Brings happiness and beauty to this place for a few days each year. I was broke this year, so only caught the parade. Saw an off brand beauthyofthebass who absolutely rocked the look. All in all it was a great gathering. A crazy dude pulled a sword on his hotel mates this year, but other than that... the con raised 100klodollars for a local pet rescue place. Probably single handedly funded them for a whole year.

Hey Misha just want to take moment to say I really appreciate the approach towards some of the things that happen at AC like the line registration and stuff. I've never been to a Furry convention in my life however I understand that when you're organizing a major event, especially one with THOUSANDS of attendees, it will be a lot to manage. Getting everybody registered, making sure people follow the rules and all that stuff is very important and doing it with just a thousand people would already be hard. I've seen so many people complain about what the con did wrong to the heavens (most of whom didn't even attend the con smh) and they don't add anything to the discussion. Here, you acknowledge the issue and made suggestions or highlight ideas for how it can be solved. I really appreciate this because I feel like too many people spend all their energy talking about the problem but give none of that energy to actually solving it or coming up with ideas on how to solve it which doesn't really help in the grand scheme of things. That ramble aside, it's awesome that you were able to attend this convention and that you had such a fun time! Cons are a cornerstone of this Fandom and getting to experience one is truly something special, so I hope you get to have fun at many more in the future!

It was great meeting up with you. The one thing that made me sad was that it was all over way too quickly. It flew right by. I've always felt and said AC is like home away from home. Can't wait for next year

Glad that you had a great time and enjoyed it. AC is a great con, but it has gotten too large for me. Yes, everyone goes, but the problem is EVERYONE goes. Having said that, I still recommend the con.
