@@Venom98Stangno I was there in the stands at Scotiabank arena not only did the bell ring for 3ish seconds the lights turned on around the arena because everyone thought it was over usually during the match only the lights above the ring are turned on at full blast but everywhere else during every match the lights are turned off so everything is focused towards the middle

That makes no sense. Why would Punk do that? Letting Drew win then making him waste the briefcase is literally the BEST (Worst if you ask Drew) way to screw him over. Costing him the briefcase would have hurt. Letting him win the briefcase and get his hopes up just to rain on his parade? That's TORTURE. Punk said he was gonna punish Drew in the worst way possible, and this is as bad as it gets. Well, maybe not QUITE as bad as it gets. I agree they are good enough to wing it, it should have happened that way, but then samantha irving doesn't know what to say, etc. the ref stuck to the plan, unless there was a backup plan he didn't put into effect ya can't fault him.

And in all honesty, I don't really care all that much for Cody to begin with. At that time I just wanted someone that would be on TV weekly to win the Title. I'd have much rather it'd been Sami or Jey that beat Roman. Cody didn't deserve it like they did.

You can't have Roman go against a main event talent, for example Cody Road how many times are you gonna have Cody go against Roman and lose to him how many times because Roman wasn't losing the championship unless it was at wrestlemania so really if you have Roman reigns defend the championship and every single pay-per-view there's not that many people that Roman has beaten he would've been beating the same person over and over it's hard to book when a person has already beaten a person more than twice

If he lost by Pinfall, Submission, Disqualification, Count Out or Stoppage, then he wouldn't get another shot. No exceptions. Even the match being made into a Triple Threat and him not getting pinned isn't an exception. Now if Drew had won, then yeah, he'd get another shot.

Yeah drew losing makes sense because it fuels his cm punk rivalry although I don’t think the MITB had to suffer for it they should of had cm punk attack him during the MITB match at the moment he was grabbing the case or something that would of worked better but honestly I’m more annoyed at the controversy of that pin I’ve not been enjoying Damien’s title reign as it’s been so stale and boring and now the fact he can’t do the basics just makes me hope his reign will be over soon

Damian landed completely on the mat as opposed to his head landing on Seth’s thigh, protecting his head. He probably got winded or wasn’t aware of what was happening because of the landing which is why he didn’t kick out

The other thing is is that I think when the count went to two and was about to hit the three Drew's theme was supposed to hit but it was kind of delayed so they had to improvise

I think the ref was anticipating Drew's theme to hit, but Damien should've still kicked out. Maybe his bell got rung and he couldn't respond, but this was not a good look. If i have learned anything from the past yr, it's that the WHC has proven to be an absolute curse. I personally believe the WHC experiment has been a total failure, but maybe Gunther will change my mind.
