To receive a permanent green card, you are required to file the I-751 Petition to Remove the Conditions of Residence. Both you and your new spouse must sign it and mail it within 90 days to the USCIS prior to the date your conditional green card is issued. However, not all marriages make it the entire two years.

I am currently in the United States, and I have an approved form i-360 as far back as July 2023 but on the approval, letter was stated that I am not eligible to file an adjustment until I observed some certain steps with NVC for proper forms and payments in order to avail immigrant visa before I could adjust. I was asked to contact NVC since I am here in the United States and my question is: ca I apply for adjustment of status now with a visa waiver form or needed to wait to hear from NVC on the next phase since I am running out of time since my SD6 approval notice.

Hi, If a minister with 2+ years of experience from abroad starts a 501c3 nonprofit in the US with 2 other US citizens and if he is also on the board of directors, can he get an R1 visa to work for that same nonprofit? Thank you

Thank you for your kind explanations. I have a question regarding my application for Green Card. I have been in USA since 08/15/2019 and during my stay, I extended my R-I visa. I will send out my doc. for I-360 on next weekend. But I wonder if my first son turn to 21 on 02/20/2023 next year. This process will be problem for my son. I am a missionary for college campus from Korea. I have been working since 20 years ago in Korea na USA. I have been supported by the church here. Looking forward to your response.

I have question, once approved i-360 approved then you said change of status i-485 here I got question, someone said need to wait for visa availability for some countries. Is it okay for Indians to apply green card under EB-4 or needs to wait?

Thank you very much for such clear explanation, I have a question: I’m on my 3rd year as a R1holder residing and working with the same church which requested me. Thank God I’ve just gotten approved for the I-360, my question is: since my R1 expired in January 2022 am I entitled to continuous work with my institution under this approval, or do we need to terminate the contract and wait for the green card? Or does this make it up for the work permit since it’s the institution that is requesting me?

Thank you for your clearity. I am in US under the R1 status since 2018, I have already gotten my i-360 approved but the church as asked that I leave. What should I do as regards this issue? Get another church and start all over again?

Thanks for the information. My name is Daniel Kameya, I'm a Pastor and to relocate to the USA. Is it possible to have our church registered as non profit and use the same church to sponsor me? What's your advice
