Yo brother, this week has been the most profound and life changing experience to ever happen and we are ending it off with several x class flares and world wide auroras. WOOO lets ride this bull! Never in my life has pain been such a guiding factor. Had to see a chiropractor 3 days in a row after months of dealing with sciatic pain. Feeling better, still pushed myself to my limits, this has been the longest week of my life. Every single day this week its like my mind and body got ripped in half and put back together and has also resonated with everything I've been going through for years. Video games and distractions dont interest me nearly as much, now that my sciatica is being treated I just want to run, jump, hike and LIVE! All the doubts, all the fears, all the love is just swirling in mass as we head into a new age. GODSPEED

Where focus goes energy flows🔮👍🏼

Last night in my meditation group the discussion was about the importance of focus. We were advised that mastering the ability to focus is one of the most important things you can do. When you are meditating - focus. When you are in day to day life - focus. And then we did a meditation focussing on awareness, and the awareness became the only thing. It was beautiful. And, here I am listening to this powerful message about focussing. This synchronicity makes me feel happy. Thank you Nathan.

Thanks Nathan! Great video. Straight from the heart. Really appreciate your insights. I agree that focus is everything. Focusing your intention says to the Universe I really want this. All the negative voices, the ‘noise’, distract you from your purpose. What we have to be careful of is thinking that it’s external action -physically trying to force change, but rather it’s focusing internally on your intentions and sticking to it even when challenged. Then you carry on living your life and when the Universe sees that you are that person it will give you the life you want. Remember that vibration is the language of the Universe, don’t waste your time and energy on thinking about anything else that distracts you from your true purpose.

The shake up I needed right now!

I am in this process since July or June. It took me months to understand that I surrendered already here and there. And I was doing research about how to surrender while I was surrendering. Its so stupid and so me 😂😅. What a paradox. It made click and it gave me a good laugh. This whole thing was soooo confusing. No clear idea what was going on. Love - fear - love - fear - love. Always back and forth. Trust your heart and connect as often as possible. It gets better and better. Its really like building a muscle. Yesterday I understood and accepted my core essence and what is going on since June. You dont have to make a big ritual for it. The way doesnt matter, as long as its within. When I surrendered the first time, I just wanted to have some great time with myself and I had a great time for some days. I was connected with heart most of the time. I just didnt know what I was doing and of course, I still had lots of doubt and fear in my system. At some point, you really dont have to understand, to know, to seek, to be something...its just being in our natural state. Its not about thinking the way through it, its about feeling it The good thing is, the more trust we build, the easier it gets to get through periods of doubt and fear and get this shit out of our system. at the end, your truth wins anyway.
