I head into the forest to enjoy the weekend in the great outdoors camping. I set up my cot underneath my free soldier tarp and explore the wild on my Yamaha ATV looking for rumored ruins that are in this region. Along the way I run into other folks who follow my video adventures and I also have a pack of coyotes who were not shy at night to talk and play with me yelping back at them.

WOW, what a beautiful area! Yup, always good to take the safe trail when you're alone. So cool to run into people who follow the channel! I love chattin' with folks I meet on the trail and it's always a huge surprise and honor when they tell me they watch the channel! And how cool to run into some buddies to share conversation with! Nice! Awesome video buddy! Thanx for taking us along!

There are so many trails that drop off into these canyons, but all of them look sketchy as heck and would be better suited for a another person to be there. But It is way cool to run into folks who follow the channel. It has happened a lot recently and I guess easier to spot out since I live in a smaller community. So I run into folks at the store, a restaurant, or in the woods. But its awesome to strike up a conversation. I hope all is well Q. Good to hear from you buddy. I appreciate you watching as always my friend.

I agree it is super cool to run into buddies or followers in the wild. It has happened a few times to me and its awesome! I totally agree it feels great to ride in a little bit of rain. Its fresh and the smell is awesome. I hope you are not affected by all the fires out there in Canada. The news isn't really accurate on where they are located so be safe man. That is wild it gets dark that late up there. Here in about another month it will start to get dark earlier as we transition into fall. I would probably end up riding way late if I had light way into the night. Thanks for watching buddy! I always appreciate you dropping by and commenting. Take care my friend

@@ManzanoManATVAdventures Yes Fires up here .We have been in the thick of it where I live, the fires started in my area in Alberta back in early April and we have had bad air quality ever since. We have not had to Evac. where I live ,but towns all around us have .For the most part of this spring and summer All ATVs and UTVs were banned from riding as risk of fire from exhaust. Fires were all around us at one point north ,south ,east and west. but I am safe just bad air . Thanks for your concern Brother. just keep them videos coming as I enjoy ,and cant get out and ride

Hi Ruben! Good to see you have a new video out. I always enjoy giving yours a good viewing. :-D It's so nice riding in great weather. I have approximately 740 miles on my Can-Am now and have really enjoyed it. I did a three-day ride earlier this month in northern Idaho with my brother and a good friend. Nothing challenging but a great time. I like your propane camp fire. No remnant fire ring that are so often an eye sore and can still be a fire hazard after one has left. And very little smoke as well. Nice touch! So Ruben, you're getting to be THE New Mexico Mountain Celerity! ;-) That's great you're getting some in-person encounters who watch your channel. Good times for sure. Hey, that was cool the interactions you were getting from the coyotes. Pretty unique. And when you eventually get to have a beer with Sasquatch, be sure to get that on camera too! I and a lot of viewers will toast a beer to you both! Anyway, have a good one, my best to your family (kids growing fast?), and I look forward to spending some time watching your next future video!

Hey man! I hope all is well and by the sound of it you are doing well and enjoying your Can-Am. A three day trip and ride is a great way to spend some time in the outdoors along with the company of your brother and a friend. These trips make such great memories. Sometimes an unchallenging trail is the way to go. Just a good casual stroll and the wind hitting you feels awesome! The propane pit was nice to have since we are in a fire ban. I can get use to this and the ease of getting it setup and going is quick. Plus you don't leave a mark as you said. The coyotes were active that night. I am glad they didn't come into camp with as much messing around with them as I was doing lol. You bet I will get that on camera! I just hope bigfoot will take the invite for a beer lol. The bigfoot show has filmed in this wilderness a while back since it is rumored he roams there. So maybe it will happen one day. Man it is so cool to run into people who recognize me from the channel. It is cool to listed to their stories and experiences and how they enjoy doing what I do. That to me is the best thing behind what I do by making videos. We are all like minded and enjoy the outdoors. My boys are growing up quick man. It is hard to believe how fast time goes by and how fast they things come. My oldest just finished Pre-K and now starts Kindergarten this coming week. But I will be having my boys out in some videos soon enough. I hope all is well and I really appreciate your dropping by,

I love running in to fans/followers. I enjoy hearing what they have to say and their stories. The forest service has done a lot of work to thin the forest since we have been in a decades long drought. When fires start thousand of acres are lost so I am glad its thin to help save it. I imagine the life was interesting back then when they lived there. Much more challenging than todays life, but one I would have loved to experience as well. I enjoy riding at night so to have this light bar is a must on the ATV so I can ride in the forest and have plenty of light. The coyotes were pretty cool! One to remember for sure. Sorry for the late response. The mount that I am using came with the gas container I bought that is made by Jonas. I picked it up from Amazon and I do believe there is a link in the description box to steer you on the mount. Thanks for watching buddy.

Great videos! How do you navigate, phone, GPS?

I use an app called GAIA GPS. It can be used through my phone for navigation. I have a bought subscription so I am able to unlock many tools for exploration. Thanks for watching my friend.

Nice video :) ALways love to find old ruins when I'm in the woods, in my area (Quebec) it's mostly old mine that we have. What is the light that you use for your camp ?

I am using a flyhoom USB recharable light. It give you plenty of light and is quick and easy to charge. I am glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching!

You need a metal detector. Some of the coolest artifacts are just below the surface

No kidding! I actually own a detector as it used to be a hobby I would go and do often. I imagine there is some cool things to find around these places.

I was up in the Jemez. I am not totally familiar with the trail since it was my first time out there. But there is some good riding outside of Ponderosa NM there by Jemez Pueblo.

I’m curious what you use for audio recording?

I use a purple panda mic that is plugged into a gopro media mod to record. Another good mic is the power dewise.

@@ManzanoManATVAdventures I use the Rode wireless Go mics the same way and it’s worked really well. I knew you where a helmet so wondered what your using with that. Another great video bud. Maybe one day we’ll get a ride in together.
