How's the process?

Been 2 months and still haven’t received it yet. Tracking is absolutely useless. Last update was it was released by Russia 4/17/20.I want cancel the order and get a refund but my wife says hold out.... 🤬🤬🤬

They charge $100 for shipping, then the cost of the box. I’ve looked into these extensively. That’s absurd

@@nec2005handbook Sorry for the long answer. I know about this situation. I am working with the carrier on this issue. But they have a very long request processing time. So far, the carrier has not confirmed the loss. And I don't have any additional information yet. At the moment, the status of the parcel is sent from Russia. As I wrote above, a request for clarification of the location and the exact delivery time was sent to the carrier. But I haven't received an answer yet. Sorry again that the delivery took so long.

I believe that within 3-4 weeks you will receive it.

Ok. It arrived today. The Good: 1. It arrived earlier than expected. All the way to the west coast. 2. It was easy to install. 3. It looks great. 4. Lots of storage. 5. Great communication from XtremeStore. Notified when shipped and provided a tracking number. Using this, I was easily able to follow the box on its long journey. 6. Does not interfere with passenger hand grips or seating. The Bad: 1. The holes in the box were not drilled. Luckily, they were marked by small extrusions in the plastic. I didn't notice the extrusions at first. Had there been an instruction sheet...LOL 2. No instruction sheet. No idea which washers go. There is a flat washer and a serrated washer. Do both go under the box? Flat under, serrated over? 3. Again, no instruction sheet. There are 4 welded in female threaded inserts and there were 6 small screws in the bag with 2 steel plates. No idea what these are for or if they are required. If they are required, where do they go? They would not fit in any configuration that made sense to me. 4. When tightening the 4 securing wheels inside the box, some of the bolts were just spinning in place and therefore not tightening. There is no easy access under the box to hold the bolt in place so this is kind of a problem. I ended up having to use a pry bar to put some upward pressure on the bolt in order to get it to stop spinning while I was tightening. 5. There is not a lot of surface area in between the plastic and the retaining hardware. I would think that the plastic would rip or pull through the retainer if it were loaded up and you hit a good sized bump. I put some larger diameter washers in place in order to distribute the stress. 6. You lose the use of the cup holders as they are covered by the box. Kind of a "duh" but still something to be considered. 7. No warranty. There is no warranty of any kind or any process for recourse, that I have found, should something happen in shipping or if one of the locks were to be defective or break or anything else. Keep that in mind. All in all, its a good sized box that looks good and I hope will be useful for many years.
