This is not a race!!! Oh boy was I thankful for this. The ride started out wet and windy but the terrain was mostly flats. I was positive this was going to be faster than our last Audax time but I was dead wrong.
The 2nd half of the climb was an entirely different ride altogether. The last 30km was pure pain and suffering. Lol

Congratulations on another well-made, very engaging vlog on Audax. Just a piece of advice to your husband, Jose, what local MTB bikers usually do with the mouthpiece of the hydration bladder (regardless of make) is attach it to the chest strap/sternum strap using a retracting ID holder (the round thing with the retracting string and snap-on end piece to hold the ID; the snap is big enough for the diameter of the water tube). This will make the mouthpiece very accessible since it will just be hanging on the chest strap instead of letting it hang on your side. And once you are done drinking, the mouthpiece will return to the chest strap via the retracting string. Just my two cents worth. More power to your future vlogs. Peace.

@@joseconsador9399 If the tube comes out of your Camelbak on the right strap, hook your ID holder on the left side of your chest, and vice versa if you let the tube out on the left side. Once you finish drinking on the mouthpiece just spit it out and the thing will automatically snap back to the chest strap. Another thing with hydration bladders (specially Camelbaks) is to just fill them up with plain water and avoid Gatorade, juice, or any flavored hydration fluids --- it will not only leave a bad aftertaste later on and some riders claim that the internals of the bladder is also damaged. The nice thing though, is you could fill it with ice cubes (due to the bladder's wide mouth) on hot days and enjoy cold water for more extended periods of time. Peace.

I had that before. Had to sell it after only a month. Masakit din eh. So far my fabric saddle is the best fit. Yun nga lang, laspag na daw. Kailangan na palitan.
