There are people out there that look for the serial numbers of expensive watches and then they create fake one's with that authentic serial number. Also if someone wants it can report your serial number as lost/ stolen one . The serial number of watches and definitely of guns is linked to your personal info. Privacy is key and essential for protecting your interests on the web today.

I wore the sub on my right wrist about an hour before I decided to shoot the video. This is not something I usually do but I wanted to see how long it will be before it started working without me winding it first to start it manually. I then forgot I was wearing it. ( for real). I shot the video and then realized that I was wearing two watches ( not something I normally do). I wanted to reshoot the video but my cameraman did not have the time to do so. I decided to go ahead and publish the original take expecting a lot of negative comments. I am surprised you are the first. The Daytona was the watch that I was wearing and it is nothing more than a customary wrist shot. The sub was an accident. These videos are about the watches and not the wearer by the way. That is the reason you don’t see my face. It’s all about watches up close so people know how they look.

Newer movements in many high-end brands like AP and Patek are moving from jewels as bearings to ceramic bearings, which are virtually frictionless and last longer. That explains the use of fewer jewels. In your case, both movements are excellent but all things being equal, go for the newer.

It was just the video and it was accidental. I forgot that I was wearing the watch on the right hand until after I shot the video and I didn’t feel like reshooting it. I don’t normally wear watches on both wrists.

It is definitely the next level in terms of refinement but you can’t beat Rolex’s durability and all around wearability in my opinion. The highly involved finishing angles and surfaces makes this one a true beauty and a piece that continuously amazes me but if I want to keep it looking good I have to be extra careful. That’s the trade-off.

AP a class above, but a lot heavier and bigger. AP lot more legible. AP all the way.

Great question. The Rolex oyster bracelet is one of the most comfortable bracelets in the market. I think this bracelet feels even better than the oyster one. If it’s not better it is at least as good. And it looks richer than the Oyster bracelet. The YatchMaster is an extremely confortabile watch to wear vastly because of its case design and shape.

The watch is great . If you really like it and you thinking that you will keep it for a while then a little premium will not hurt you in the long run . With taxes new from the AD is close to 23 k . few thousand premium is not a huge deal breaker. But all this is clearly a personal choice.

If you go to the AP boutique they will put you on the list for it but the blue dial is very difficult to obtain . The black or the slate grey dial is a good chance you will be called within 8-12 months . I hope this helps .

@@cnoevo99 Hitting to scratching the bezel is a concern but after a while you get used to the idea that it doesn't have to look brand new to look good. In the beginning i was very cautious but over time i learn not to worry about all that.
