Good looks on the coolant fluid , ima change mine out next service. As far as fuel goes I try to only put shell 93 and I add a bottle of Liqui Moly pro line fuel system cleaner to keep it in good shape

Watched a bunch of your vids and subbed recently ( I only have 3 or 4 subs after 20yrs of youtube watching so your channel is clearly important to me) This is my first comment: you are amazing. Great content, genuine, good guy. I have a 2012 manual audi a4 stage 1 tune with 332000km and still running strong. It does burn a lot more oil than 200k ago but not enough to replace the car. Your tips are awesome. Hoping to get to 450k and the get my audi/vw mech/friend to rebuild or drop in a new motor. Love my ride

Pentofrost. The pink stuff that's what I run the concentrate. 50/50 like that stuff I've just never seen the Peak version. Advance Auto carry's it here locally in san Antonio but exactly what you said I was just told to always get the Pentofrost which can be hard to find at times👍

I’m about to get a carbon clean done within the next few days because I just got a code for misfire in cylinder one I figured I mineswell get new fuel injectors since the intakes off I got a 2008 Audi A4 2.0t b7 Do you think I should still go s3 injectors or what do you thinks my best option? I’m about to add cold air intake, apr stage 1 ,since they discontinued stage 2 :( Methanol injection soon as well.. so I’m trying to figure out what to do for injectors so I thought I’d get your opinion bro💪🏼💪🏼

I ve seen another video about the g13 coolant being corrosive therefore making the water pump go out, and the guy switching out to g12.. any thoughts?

Yes it’s happened to a few of my buds, Audi’s are real finicky, i recommend you buy it straight from Audi but if you’re on a budget to use the proper one

@@brucecustommotors yeah I can’t find any g12evo coolant from Audi online idk if it’s available yet. I’m not sure but I think they’re supposed to be switching to the g12evo coolant for the newer models cause the g13 been causing all the water pump failures. I was having low coolant level luckily I was still under warranty and I got it replaced in January..

i feel like thermostate/water pumps are a thing you can totally expec to have to replace at least once in it's lifetime on Audis, they are just cheap plastic that just doesnt hold up over time. I saw a whole thread on b9 audis at 30 to 40 thousand miles and it was already leaking and had to be replaced.

Yes good at all ,helpful, but most of audi owners are using proper service as per maintenance schedule in genuine service workshop. all these things are proper done there.

Man tell me about it the A5 I bought has the wrong coolant 😑 so right now I'm waiting on my new water pump now. And yes the coolant they used was green 🤦🏾‍♂️

@@brucecustommotors yeah bro I'm on ice until my stuff gets to me, have to do the timing chain, water pump and a camshaft adjustment actuator which is very hard to find info on let's just say when one of the 8 we have in our cars go out it will literally make you have a rough idle, misfire and possibly cause a timing issue well I'm not sure about the timing issue but the other two will definitely happen because of a dead actuator for sure. Oh and I haven't really check but I'm sure I have to do some carbon cleaning. I checked the piston tho they look like they've been cleaned most recently so I might not have a carb issue per say.

Water won’t work properly, it will boil at high temps we’re as coolant chemically react to the opposite of the temperature. Water is only used in an emergency situation if you’re stranded, and your car has a coolant leak, and you’re trying to make it to safety

You are right and wrong. The main reason why running with low fuel level causes problems is the fuel is the coolant for the fuel pump and when the fuel level is low air can enter the fuel pump which allows it the spin fast enough to damage the fuel pumps.
