This was one of the random videos that came up on a few months ago and I’ve been obsessed with finding an s6/s8 thanks a lot 😂 I owned a b7.5 s4 years ago I had no clue about the badassery of the 4.0t platform. Were the downpipes worth it? I see a lot of people saying they aren’t on the forums and stuff. Love the car!

So when I had my s6 it was in the beginning of the moding crazy and there wasn't alot of info so people say you can tune without downpipes but you want the turbos to flow better and easier. In my opinion yes they are worth it also to go stage 2 with apr when you could it required the downpipes the time was free with purchase of the downpipes. I just moved to a different 4.0t platform the new sq7 thing is a beast.

So you removed the two rear mufflers? What size tips did you put on? Brand?

These were 3 1/2" I recently put 4s on they fill the diffuser better. My new ones are carbon fiber ones off of Amazon.
