Also that welcome sound is different than I expected. My old 18 A4 had the actual official Audi heartbeat, which I wish is what they kept it as

Maybe look at ceramic brake pads when you do your brakes. They are supposed to leave less break dust ❤

The app is definitely bad. Literally the only useful thing about it is double checking that I locked my car. For mats, I know you bought the weathertech already but I've been really happy with Tuxmats because they cover the entire sides front and back and have clips to keep the sides in place. Always enjoy your videos man! Nice job on the ceramic looks pretty good! Maybe do the wheels next time. Makes cleaning easier 😊

Thanks for the support! I really appreciate it! and yeah the app needs a-lot of work. Also yeah I will most likely buy the Tuxmats becase the weathertech ones looks good for the 1st few weeks only. I will do the wheels next time! 😅

Many thanks for this video, I certainly won't be paying £14.99 per theme just to have a fancy background wallpaper and like others have mentioned, you can't preview them.

How do you get the Audi welcome sound? I have a 2024 S5 but no software updates available and do not see it in the Announcements and Tones settings… or any settings.

The car sounds ok with factory exhaust, not enough for me though. just ordered an AWE touring exhaust for my 2023 S5 Sportback.

Great video mate. I think Audi missed the point here. They should be free it's just a bloody picture. Tbh the original black background is cleaner anyway. Thye should allow us to mive the tiles in the UI

at the end you couldve used the park assist (to perpendicular park) when u just entered the mall car park. and btw, how often do u use that feature when whenever u come to park?

Yeah I've only use park assist on camera unfortunately. I think it takes more time to use it than it does to just park manually. However, It's good to know that it's available incase there is a parallel spot that is too tight.

How did you do the update?? I could not figure it out with my car like at all.

The MMI software update I receive automatically overnight and did not have to do anything. If you have the b9 or b9.5 you should have received it by now.However, you can probably take it to the dealer and have them manually request a software update for your car. The app is where I had the most trouble. After months they finally made an update and it allowed me to buy themes.

It is actually stock. I have the upgraded sports exhaust with sports resonator.

Thanks for posting about the themes. They do a horrible job depicting what it’ll look like on the car itself in the app, so your video confirmed for me that it’s not worth it.
