Thanks for this! Do I need to remove or reset the airbag codes on my q5 before replacing the fuse? I was wondering if the new fuse would blow if not reset.

It shouldn't blow the new fuse, just replace the fuse while negative terminal on the battery is disconnected. And you should be fine.

Hi Ahmad, I am looking to get an RS7 that has been in accident. No airbag or seatbelt has deployed but car is listed as non runner. Has lost oil due to busted front oil cooler and not sure if engine seized or is there any possibility this fuse can blow despite no pyro deploying?

Sorry for late reply, I doubt it, but in my case there were no airbags that were deployed but the airbag light was on and rear seat belts were deployed but again it’s very easy to check that fuse with a test light and make sure that it’s not open

My car would crank but wouldn’t start so I ordered the fuse and by the time it go here the car won’t even crank what do I do

Well why don't you do the test that I did in the video to make sure the fuse is open then replace it cause if I'm not mistaken if that fuse is open I don't think you will get a crank anyway. Once you find out that fuse is ok and still no crank then make sure your battery is charged and check fuse and relay to starter if everything checks good then check power to starter if u have power and still no crank then it must be a starter

Hey Ahmad does this fuse problem cause the brake fault warning and brake light,abs, traction control and power steering lights to come on? Because my car has been doing that and won't start or connect to the obd scanner

I'm not 100% sure but I doubt it, that fuse breaks open during accident so If it hasn't been in an accident, most likely that fuse is good. But to be sure u can just do the test light test that I did in this video.

Is the fuse open? If it’s open u need to replace it. Then if it still no start. U have to check for spark and fuel and so on ….

I don’t think so, cause i don’t think it will go through alternator and charge the battery but what u can do is when u do the bypass then check the voltage and see if u have 14 If u do then it might make it to your garage but if I’m not making mistake I don’t think it will be charging

So will this also apply to 2003 audi a4 with the 3.0? What had happened was the hood flipped up and shattered the windshield, and now it just cranks but no start

Battery overload protection fuse, u can get it from dealership, Amazon maybe even eBay.

Does the 2007 Audi A3 have that interruptor and if so where is it located?

If it's a 2L engine I don't think it has one but if it's a 3.2L engine it has one by right rear of luggage compartment. I think

@@mraatmm you are correct. Does my turbo A3 have something similar that would make it not start. I removed the radiator structure core including unbolting the airbag sensors that bolt to the core. Thanks
