Top review Tom. Comprehensive and plenty of information. Comparing its price to other vehicles though, assumes we know the prices of those vehicles you mention and I suspect, many of us don't. All in all, a solid Chasing Cars review. 👍

Right you are, Gaz. It's tough with quite an international audience - viewers tend to misunderstand if we quote Australian dollars and confuse them with US Dollars - so we tend to talk in relative terms. Here's some extra info though, based on Australian pricing in August 2018: Audi Q2: $41,800-$49,100 Volvo XC40: $44,990-$59,740 Jaguar E-Pace: $47,750-$84,370 BMW X2: $49,900-$59,900 MINI Countryman: $41,900-$53,900

Great review. When would the new 2019 Q3 be out in Australia. Would like to see your review on that as I'm waiting for the new model Q3 to be out to buy.

We expect the new-gen Q3 to arrive in Australia some time around July 2019.

Good stuff fellas, the Q2 is a good car in my opinion but it it is a bit outclassed by the volvo XC40 in terms of the funky interior and exterior design compared to this audi but that could just be me, comparison test anyone?

An XC40 vs Q2 comparison is high on my priority list - may also try to include the E-Pace and X2, but our view is that the Volvo and the Audi are the top two in this segment.

Very much looking forward to your XC40 review Tom as it could well be my next car! I love my current V40 T5R so if I can get the same engine & the refreshed interior in the one package I'll be very tempted to go for it.

You didn't imagine it! We do think it's a bit stingy that you have to pay for safety technologies that are gratis from non-luxury brands at this price point.

I agree 100% on that, I was just impress with your Spanish skills, lol. I do not like CX-5 tho, I test drove entry level one and felt it was sluggish, annoying stop/start function and ugly steel wheels. Maybe one needs to go for higher trim levels, but basic one, didn't like it one bit ( I think engine was 2.0). Had to put it on sport mode to feel any kind of "Zoom Zoom".

I own a golf and a 2020 q2, the audi is not more special than the golf as i prefer it as a daily driver. So dont diss the golf

I like the design but the red trim is a tad try hard especially when the car is really classy

Yeah, the red accents wouldn't be my choice, though I do think the light grey leather seats are nicer than boring black.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I’m quite sure there are more options of colour highlights than just the red.

Yes, that is quite correct Sarge. There are three choices: two anodised finishes - yellow, or red like this - or matte brushed aluminium. The plain aluminium would be my choice…but that's just me.

Love your vids Tom. However, Audi, just a typically unreliable VW in drag. Just as long as potential new owners have deep pockets when they get to 2 years old.

They really should extend their warranty to combat that reputation here.
