Last week I got my wife's Q3 back from the body shop after someone rear-ended her. Last night I noticed she had no lights. I pulled it apart and the switch in your video was just laying there, it had not been put back into place. I installed the switch and everything is working correctly. Thank you!

Thanks for your video! I have the same problem, was it easy to get the cover off to access that switch? Is it just a case of pulling it up and out?

I have a 2017 Audi Q3 with this issue and there is actually a recall for these Audi with the tail light not working. The BCM is the problem and would need to be updated by the Audi dealer as they would fail inspection by the DMV.
