I really thought it look bad(not a fan of raised sedan design) but, DAMN...... Just saw one on road with sky blue color and it has the best road presence than any premium car.... The new 2025 q3 and mini countryman 2024 will definitely destroy benz gla and bmw x1... Both bmw and benz are becoming arrogant due to blind sales..

Having test driven both these cars, I can relate to why the presenter is taking both sides. Both are good in every category. Ofcourse the new x1 is underpowered, but due to their good transmission tuning it is only evident if you go pedal to the metal. We own the previous gen x1, only at higher speeds you feel the lack of power in new x1. That is where q3 shines. Dont think hes trying to be in the good books of certain brands.

I find the Q3’s interior to be a lot more modern, plush and at the same time very very functional. Audi has done a great job of getting down the layout and the plushness of their flagship Q8 into this entry level SUV. The X1’s interior on the other hand looks futuristic but very childish in my opinion. The asymmetrical design looks messed up.. and they have also downgraded and downsized their infotainment screen from its larger siblings. But the final verdict will definitely depend on the power both cars offer. I mean its going to be really embarrassing to see a 20 lakh Verna Turbo gapping your 60 lakh so called ‘BMW’ (also i’m talking about the Petrol Engines here) so yes Audi might have been late to the party with its Q3. But in this segment, the FWD 136 HP X1 just cannot compete with the Quattro AWD 188 HP beast. Feels like comparing the Q3 to the Kia Seltos when we see the power figures.

These cars are victims of restrictions on average emissions across the lineup. Carmakers are continuously downsizing their smaller engines to keep their overall average low.

Not the best of the reviews out there. Making me more curious to know, what made you choose a diesel to compare with a petrol. While the BMW X1 petrol comes with a 3 cylinder tiny engine with poor torque, in this video, we see time and again, the anchor says BMW has more torque than Q3. Aren’t diesels supposed to come with a higher torque anyway by the virtue of design. And also the anchor is not sure about which is better, keeps swinging on his own verdicts and confuses the viewers. Sorry, got a bit irritated and had to put off the video half way through.

X1 at this price comes without x drive.. 0 to 100 time is as low as car costing 20 lac .. And much more to say... 3 cylinder that to in bmw.. 250 NM torque in petrol... Shame on this model.. Why company wants to go and complete with 20 lacs car😂😂

I’ve owned the new gen Q3 for the past 2 years in its Sportback avatar with a 2L (200ps/400nm) diesel engine in 40TDi sline edition. I’ve clocked over 30k kms on the Q3. Honestly, I’m looking forward to moving to an x3 next year. I regret not getting an x1 to begin with.

@@sanjaybabar6072 The diesel mill on the Audi Q3 feels underwhelming and downright boring. To make things worse - the Sportback version comes with stiffer suspension and larger wheels which ensure ever undulation on the road is amplified and passed on to the occupants frequently. The steering setup on Q3 feels disconnected and lacks feels / feedback - something I wasn't expecting given than Q3 isn't the cheapest SUV in Audi's lineup anymore - its the Q2 now. The X1 with a 2.0 Diesel which makes the same amount of power feels a lot more responsive and the ride feels more sophisticated. The iDrive system on the X1 feels more modern and functional - you can really customize a lot of things to your taste eg the speed increments when you use the cruise control up/down toggles etc. The steering feedback on the BMW feels proper and confidence inspiring. I'd certainly get a BMW suv next the time around. For the record, I owned a Q3 since 2021 and my wife currently owns a BMW. On more occasions - I found myself gravitating towards the BMW keys!

Who needs 150 hp x1 it’s not worth 50 L. Q3 is better package with punchy engine , responsive dct and Quattro system . It’s surprisingly fun to drive and comfortable than x1

One is petrol and the other is Diesel ⛽ is there anything to compare 🤔 it should be petrol vs petrol and diesel vs diesel for both the cars. Diesel and petrol cars have a vast difference in their torque ratio and bhp which ends up in delivering different driving experience.

The headlights design on the audi Q3 is very familiar and looks common with a design similar to the ones Honda City and Verna had or has. They could have given a more unique and fresh design, nevertheless they look good and goes with the design of the car.

This was the only X1 available to us. The cars were judged on their individual merits as petrol and diesel cars which is why there's not much difference in the points they scored on efficiency.

Nonsense review.. presenter has no clarity at all.. & mainly they have to compare petrol to petrol not with 2 different engines. Q3 is way better performance wise. Even with looks Q3 sport back is the best. Don’t see any downside in Q3 interiors also, it’s very clean & classy. X1 feels very plasticky & right on face.

Confusing.. Why not compare X1 Petrol with Q3? If you do not have right cars why do the review thing? What about Q3 Sportsback? One is 1.5 vs Audi being 2, no significant feedback on this. In my experience, with AC on and 4 passengers on a hill, engine capacity matters, but anchor is busy driving.

Nah mate q3 powers out better paying 60lakhs for 140bhp,as an enthusiast nope,that’s why passed on the x1 and got the kodiaq sportline rather which also comes with bucket seats with alcantara and launch control along with the steel grey colour,what else could I ask for ?

@@fardimnazir666 are you comparing q3 with seltos? 1) Q3 is in a segment above fortuner which is 2 or may be 3 segments above seltos, 2) Q3 is a euro ncap 5 star car, seltos is a tin ka dabba even worse in build quality than creta, 3) q3 offers AWD. No sane person will compare them ! :) If you are comparing seltos and x1, bmw is notorious for understating the power specs of their car. Just don't go by the bhp and torque numbers in manuals. Safety is another factor bmw will win hands down.
