6 жыл бұрынUltra FAST Contry Road and POV handling drive with the recent 2017 / 2018 Audi RS3 Sedan powered by that marvelous 5-Cylinder pumping out 400 hp and 480 Nm of torque. Yeah, this is the R8 RWS event where we took the opportunity to drive another amazing Audi. Funny enough this is the press car we tested last year in summer back in Germany, so if you are looking for Autobahn acceleration and more clips just browse our channel:)

You have tons of torque, no need to downshift to gain 1k RPM...

Dude why are you bouncing off the limiter so much. I thought it was just the car when you drove the RS4 but it seems to be something thats consistent with your driving.

It's totally unnecessary. I have the RS3 Sportback and you just don't need to do that. Really poor driving of this car.

It wasn't bouncing off. When the flashing red appears, it means time to shift up (not too late to shift).

Nice vid bud. But if you see motorcycles/ cars coming down, I would not recommend cutting corners unless if you have enough sight. Other than that great vid! I prefer the Sportback, much sexier ass :D

Why shift manually when you can’t seem to pay attention. Furthermore, you were reviving it like it was an S2000, as opposed to relatively high torque turbo five cylinder 🙄

@@vab120 No, it's not. I also own an RS3 sedan. The engine pulls hard all the way to redline, not like most small turbo cars that run out of breath before redline like Focus RS, GTI, etc..

Schönes Video. Aber ich finde du schaltest komisch? Drehst viel zu weit aus und das Zurückschalten kommt auch zu früh. Hast du versucht ihm ein Knallen zu entlocken?! Im manuellen Modus hat man beim neuen RS3 nicht mal ein leichtes Brabbeln, einfach nur aufheulen vom Motor :(

You got into the car and drove off. Do you know that you need to cycle through the "drive select" back to "dynamic" everytime you start your car in "dynamic"? Otherwise the exhaust flap will not fully open. It is a software bug.

Bouncing off the limiter in manual mode sounds great, but once is enough.

Shame you didn't turn off stability/traction control. The systems intervene way too much on the RS3, quite annoying.

@@chillined4418 +1 Only time it needs to be on is with cruise control which RS3 drivers never use. It also interferes with all wheel slide with oversteer in the rain, which is the funnest and scariest thing to do in an RS3 IMO

Generally I like your videos, but please start treating the cars better (even though they are not yours, or especially because of that). Never, i mean seriously never steer unless the car is rolling a little bit...0:16...the steering wheel is 180 degrees before you start rolling...i´m really sorry for the car. And due to all other comments here i don't have to tell you that your way of shifting is not really nice for the car either. Cars are Objects for daily usage, sure, but these kinda cars (R8, RS3, RS4 and so on) exist because of passion and interest for motorsport. They deserve to be treated better than just a normal Toyota Yaris or similar!!!
