It's a cat-back system so it will not void your warranty. Do you have the rest of the AWE system or the stock muffler system? I'd actually suggest doing the JHM downpipe/midpipes with x pipe if you have the stock exhaust. You'll produce more hp and you can add the rest of the JHM system later. It's valved so you get the best of both worlds. Sounds much meaner than the AWE exhaust. I'm a dealer and can get you a pretty good discount. sales@redmistracing.com. Theoretically yes, it'd require a lot of fabrication BUT the valves open up fully on cold start anyway so it won't actually help.

Really depends on the rest of the details. Maintenance history, color, any mods that might be on the car, etc...if you have nav, should have the adaptive cruise control too. It’s a personal preference. With that said, the RS5’s V8 engine sounds so good with a decent aftermarket exhaust that I’d consider it. We have a good selection to choose from too. From a bit louder than the sport exhaust to cop magnet loud. Horsepower wise you’ll maybe gain 10-15hp with a full system including aftermarket downpipes.

This is the Track Extreme. That means non-resonated downpipes (cat back). AWE's system is a bit confusing. The touring comes with resonated downpipes the Track uses the OEM downpipes (which are louder than the touring downpipes) and the Extreme uses downpipes with no resonators. The touring and the extreme will make more hp than the Track due to the improved downpipe design over the OEM downpipes. The touring and the Extreme are true "cat back" exhausts while the Track is the rear section, after the factory downpipes. So you can get the hp of the extreme in a quieter package by going with the Touring. The extreme just adds lots of noise, most of it sounding like it's coming from just below your seat. With the touring, the noise is all out the back of the car and much more livable.

Sounds awesome!!!! Would you say the extreme has any drone points in the cabin? Is it a drone you can live with or is it a bit much? It sounds very livable in the vid audio if thats what it's like in the cabin! Thanks for sharing!
