Thank you! The best colour for the S1 in my opinion. That's fantastic, so we're having the same experience! The roof wasn't a deal-breaker for me as it would get little use, but I wouldn't have minded the seats, as they complete it, in my opinion. Do you have the external contrast pack? @@eddiearies its definitely one of the best choices! I really like Java Green as well anything bright and crazy. So many monochromatic cars on the road drives me nuts 😂 thats fair it is a bit weather dependent of a feature but i like the light you can get in the cockpit regardless. They are very nice, the ones i have are heated and grey with black backs. Is that pack where the rear licence plate area and the roof lines are usually black? If so yes although i believe someone has wrapped the rear section of the roof behind the pan roof i gather to black out the roof and top part of the car completely it looks good tbh.

@@Jazza_x_Vizionz That's seriously rare. I've never seen that colour before, anywhere. 100%, it's nice often being the only colourful car in the car park! True, can be nice. The seats sound lovely, making the interior more special. Something like that, again a unique option for the S1. The roof wrap is interesting, but I can see why they did it. I'm glad you're liking it; there'll be plenty more on the S1 on this channel!

No way, that's excellent, we went on a bit of a different tour, from Gilk's Garage near C&M, to Diddly Squat Farm, to the Cotswold Motor Museum. I've not been to Bicester. Very true, maybe with the next car, but I kept it simple with the first. I was actually also looking at the "orange/yellow" Cooper S. Nice one, how are you finding Mini?

@@eddiearies I found a great example at a fair price kind of by fortunate accident. Was looking at Fiesta ST MK7s and such but thought maybe something more tame could be better after not driving for a while and not necessarily needing people to race me etc. Definitely make sure it has chili pack, dual zone AC and maybe the driving modes. Mine has most of the spec I wanted besides sat nav and heated seats but these aren't really essentials

It's a better "car". The Abarth is awesome, like an MX-5, but feels more like a toy, which isn't what I want to drive 100% of the time. As a second car, perhaps. The Audi is much more refined, comfortable, better cabin and has six gears to cruise down the motorway with. Thanks for watching!

Funnily enough you're on the right track. What the S1 has is presence, prestigiousness and is a better car for daily use. It's also rarer. With regards to dynamics and fun, I agree, the Abarth is better. It's not all about 0-60 speeds when every road in the UK is restricted. You want something that's engaging at every speed, and the S1 isn't that.
