I am 74yo and I have hearing loss and have had tinnitus for as long as I can remember. The tinnitus is uncurable and will always be there, but with these hearing aids in I can hear much better than I could before. I just received them today and I like them a lot already.

My Audien do not work I have only had them a few months. I have clean and made sure they are charged and nothing. I have called on hold for 20 minutes and was hung up on. Called again an automation said they would return the call within 48 hours nothing. I emailed a week ago several times nothing. Not happy

I had the first version which did not work for me so they upgraded me to the Pro 2 at no cost. I followed every instruction and watched every video and they still did not work for me. I asked for a return label and refund. They then wanted to upgraded me to an on the ear hearing aid for an add'l $100.00. I said no and requested a refund. Well, I rerurned the last pait about 2 weeks ago and am still waiting my initial refund of $189.00.
