She certainly is a very humble Lady !!: She played Connie WONDERFULLY. If I have to remember only one scene by her is when she asks Pacino for the life of Freddo. Indeed she asks him to TALK to Freddo during her mum's funeral, but she is aware that Freddo's life was in danger- Her face in that scene is something to see. A wonderful actress & as I said, very humble- Adorable!

@MW Yes, incredible! I just watched a film of her's from 1980...can't remember the title, on a pirate site. It's a slasher film filmed in NY. I don't remember hearing of it back then or before I stumbled on it a few weeks ago. I saw a film years ago (I'm bad on titles) from the late 60's where she's a nurse, and it's before she had her nose done...she was still cute without the surgery!

@MW She did a made for TV movie starring Doug McKeon "Daddy I Don't Like It Like This" (1978) that was her performance that let me know that I had serious crush on her. She's one of those fortunates that the camera just loves!

I thought that Talia Shire looked hot in the Rocky movies, well the did do a good job making her look ugly in rocky 1 and 2 but in 3 and 4 she looked hot. She still looks very good for her age.

Stallone (if i recall correctly) paid her NOT to be in it - that the story worked better with everyone mourning her passing.

cleetdog101 I heard they discussed the script heavily before filming. Talia was bummed initially about not being actually in the movie but once Sly explained why, she understood. Talia still got starring credit and pay because of the movie was technically still very much about the Adrian character.

Yeah, Rocky 6 was better because it was about mourning Adrian. It allowed Rocky to grow and deal with his issues after her passing.
