The webinar was organized by the Audiology Unit of the Department of Disability Studies, Faculty of Medicine, the University of Kelaniya, as a Continuous Professional Development programme for Hearing HealthCare Professionals.
The resource person for the webinar is Prof. Prashanth Prabhu, an assistant professor in Audiology at the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysore.
The webinar covers characteristics, causes, predisposing factors, advancements in the assessment, different management options available, and research insights. Also, the presenter added future research directions on ANSD.
