They are two singers, two guitars, one bass, one drummer. Rhythm guitar and bass occasionally backing vocals. Kevin the usual unclean vocalist also does keyboards and other sound programming and sometimes cleans. Nico the usual clean vocalist can also do uncleans. Rhythm guitarist also teams with his brother on the video productions ("Schillo Bros"). So versatile!

Welcome to the Electronic Callboy rabbit hole (positive review is an automatic subscribe), a fantastic German band that mix metal, EDM, and pure pop into memorable earworms. Their Tekkno album was probably last year's best drop, Just a FUN band maybe go to "Hypa Hypa", "Pump It", "Spaceman" or "Tekkno Train"? EC are great and correctly described as 'the happiest band on earth' by most KZfaq reviewers.

Usually when I listen to music I search for something deep. With meaning. With message. However with Electric Callboy every time I hear their songs its just make me happy. I think sometimes we forget that music supossed to be funny and make people smile in this sad world.

For the same tour- tank the tech -has his own channel- was brought out to Europe to go on tour with them as part of their crew- and had his own set of Vlogs and it’s funny to see the things In Tanks episodes and then see them on ECs episodes and the “oh that’s why a wig was being punch” 😂 (tank was the bands tour manager last summer in the US and that’s how he ended up going to Europe as a crew member - they treat everyone like family) They are funny good group of people- one Vlog last summer showed them openIng the music school for lessons for kids and also teaching kids how to play themselves- for sure check out their channel- it’s where I go when I need a mood lift! 😂😊

All songs from the current album are great. Before they had another singer and their style was a little different. But there are some great older songs like MC Thunder! Please react to Pump It or Hypa Hypa next. Then any of the others. All are great. ❤ There are some songs that require you to open up the lyrics separately, because they are partially in German and have no subtitles. This was fun to watch.😉🙃 If you really want to take a look at what EC have done so far, you will have to catch up to a rather long career. As you correctly stated, there are 14 years of band history. Here are some of the bullet points: 💖The band was founded in 2010 as Eskimo Callboy by six guys from Castrop-Rauxel a former coal mining city in the eastern part of the Ruhr Area within the state of North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany 💙Name change in 2022 to Electric Callboy - they explain the reasons in two videos on their KZfaq page. 💛In 2020 their singer Sebastian 'Sushi' Biesler left the band to found his new project 'Ghostkid' and was replaced by Nico Sallach a longtime friend of the band whose own Band (To The Rats And Wolfs) was newly disbanded at the time. 💜The introduction single for Nico 'Hypa Hypa' was also the international breakthrough for the band. Since then they had headline tours in Europe, USA (sold out) and Australia (sold out). Electric Callboy in its current manifestation is an absolute LIVE-Band! They truly shine on the stage - give it a try and watch a live concert. Welcome to the rabbit hole that is Electric Callboy (formerly known as Eskimo Callboy, but they changed it because they realised, that the word Eskimo is a slur term and an insult for the Inuit people) EC are a metalcore (more a partycore band nowadays) Band from Germany (from the city of Castrop-Rauxel in the Ruhr Area) and they are around for more than 10 years with 6 albums in general. The latest one Tekkno jumped to the first place in the german billboard charts after they released it in 2022. Hypa Hypa was released in the peak of the Corona pandemic mainly to cheer us up and also to introduce Nico as their new clean vocalist (replacing the old singer Sushi). So mainly EC don't take themself very serious but they take their music and the business very serious and work hard to create awesome music. Most of their songs are goofy and funny, but they also have extremly good dead serious songs like Crystals, The Scene or Best day (all three with Sushi on the mic) or with Nico Hate/ Love, Mindreader, Neon or Parasite. If you are new to EC I recommend Hypa Hypa (which started all the fuzz - they had also a collab with several other bands who copied Hypa Hypa in their own style i recommend We butter the bread with butter and also the Saltatio Mortis Version), Pump it, Spaceman, Everytime we touch and many more. After it came to their ears, that people like to listen to EC in the Gym they released Pump It to create the ultimate Gym Hymn.

You have to go back to Hypa Hypa it was the first song on this iteration of the band. They also did a bunch of different versions of the song with lots of various artist covering them. Top notch stuff.
