Sir question po sa letter E. Diba po pag fob shipping point, nagrerecord tayo ng sale kapag nashipped na yung goods kasi natransfer na ung title kay buyer. Bakit po nakalagay ay properly recorded daw ung sale in 2020? diba po dapat dec 31, 2019? Thanks

Yes, transfer of ownership under FOB shipping point vests to the buyer upon shipment of goods. It was stated that it was already recorded in the books correctly. Therefore, no adjustments are necessary regarding sales. Since ownership was transferred, it shouldn't be included as part of inventory. Also, note that the period under audit is 2020. Year-end balances are computed as of December 31, 2020.
