10/10 for Muneer (I think that's what I heard), so professional, calm, educated and polite and tried his best to de-escalate the situation despite being surrounded by utter ignorance. He should be the one leading things there. Hopefully his professionalism is recognised and he is commended for it

Well Amir is 100% going to go far, he is management material. He was handling the situation very well. There was no need for the police to be called. The young police officer that attended knew his stuff. In fact they’ve impressed me so much that I’m going to write to their heads of departments praising their interactions with the public. As for the other members of staff they are in the wrong job and should be moved to other duties

I know some of the staff at this station including some in this video and believe me they are some of the kindest of people I’ve ever met. We are all human beings with feelings, so if someone tells you they’re uncomfortable being filmed, you should respect that and not film them. They were clearly uncomfortable and felt very pressured by you

You said several times you're only there, "to exercise your rights"... have you thought to yourselves, at who's expense? I know that auditing does prove points, but when someone sitting doing their job, doesn't want filmed and splashed over social media, that's where I believe you are wrong. Stop filming if an individual doesn't want filmed. You keep saying lawful activity, that's flimsy when you're really upsetting people. They'll adjust the law eventually. Maybe police abusing powers is a legitimate target if you believe a member of the public is being treated wrongly, but a young lass selling tickets? You need to watch focus pocus.
