The audacity to tell someone to go inside on their own porch, then illegally step on their porch and physically move them inside. No training would fix this, it’s a personality problem.

I respect the HELL out of Mr. Tart for standing his ground and not giving these pigs an inch. So many would lose their temper or concede to their demands. You did everything perfectly with your pride intact.

What hurts my heart is that they expressed their rights in the sweetest, most patient patient way, and the cop still chose to mock the woman for being scared and then proceeds to shove them inside? Oh the irony.

As I've been saying for years, when citizens successfully sue, the money should come out of these police officers' pensions. Their unions should pay. This way, you also get the other officers to hold them accountable.

Mr.Tart stood tall. He knew he was going to have to suffer a little in order to make this officer pay. He understood he was going to have to go through hell in order to protect the next guy. Thank you, Mr.Tart. You have every bit of my respect. Thank you! They both need to lose their badges and never get them back. Neither deserve to be officers ever again!
