I discovered I Remember Everything by John Prine a few month ago and I loved it, so I decided to cover it. I personally prefer the way he sings it, but I hope you enjoy my cover anyway!

Tragically, John Prine didn't survive Covid, a terrible loss for humanity. But I believe he would have been honored to have heard your beautiful rendition.

Its almost as if he sensed the end was near, this song is so poignant, so reflective. I miss John Prine.

Listened to John Prine sing from 10 feet away at the Troubadour in 1975, and he did real good. From that I learned to play and sing his songs. He was a big hit that year and forward. I saw Kris Kristofferson and Rita Coolidge there two weeks earlier. It was Kris who helped John get started being real successful. Audrey, you did a beautiful job on this song.

Audrey, Your cover brought tears to my eyes. I have my own personal reasons for being touched by John's song. I promise you John Prine would smile that illegal smile and buy you a pint Smithwick's in appreciation! Very well done. Tell you what... I love John Prine but for me this is the best version of the song singing wise that I have ever heard. I've tried it myself but I just haven't got that level of equipment that you've got so I just can't pull it off. You're voice is sweet and the bass on the guitar is wonderful.

In my opinion no one sings John Prine songs like John himself. And this one especially. It has such a poignant melody and simple beautiful lyrics even though some of them don't make a lot of sense. However with your beautiful singing voice and exceptional picking I have to say you have achieved what I thought was impossible. Very well done❤.
