Viessa feels amazing to me for open world mob clearing etc. doesnt shine as well in the big intercept bosses. At least didnt during beta last fall but besides bossing she’s amazing. Was absolutely my go to

Being a Titan Main I'd usually go for Ajax especially with how he looks with the Horns 😍 but Lepics Kit has been so Fun to me. The suction Nade and potentially unlimited ultimate is too Fun. I'll probably use Ajax for the Boss runs.

As an aside, folks will want to eventually play all of them in order to increase mastery. The game isnt really designed around only playing one descendant, at least the meta progression isnt.

all 19 Descendant will be available on launch the devs said but we will need to farm them, I think Jaybear should be obtainable early on if its from the same place as it was in the Beta's

I never got to play Viessa during the beta but from my experience, Lepic was EXTREMELY boring and basic and Ajax was way more fun and just made me feel powerful with his stomp ability. Something about jumping up and slamming down on a group of enemies and watching them all die around me just felt badass

As far as endgame activities are concerned, how many players is it designed for? Will there be matchmaking for these activities or will they require communication like in Destiny for example? A thousand thanks

Matching making will be possible on alot of things but u will complete content way easier communicating with other players espically when it comes to harder void intercept bosses battles and defense missions.

So just to understand - ice shackle eventually leads to freeze and is a defense debuff per stage/stack, right? And ice shackle also generates the ice spheres which just go and attack nearby enemies on their own? I was reading some guide or wiki that mentioned her third skill could “consume” the stacks of shackle for burst damage but no video I’ve watched mentioned that. Was that old beta info or mod maybe?

Ice shackles will eventually lead into a freeze yes but no defense debuff that is from her ultimate abilty the def down, and the info on the third skill must be old or made up because it reads "COLD SNAP - spews chill toward the front. Inflicts damage and Ice shackles on enemies that come into contact with Chill." that was from the most recent beta

i chose a different starter each beta and while I did like ajax I hated the way his passive builds with lepic we had the modules so I had a lot more fun and viessa while I did play her I didn't play as much as the others and also I just bought other descendants. out of gameplay I liked lepic the most but I'm considering ajax/viessa because team buffing is more valuable than damage if the other team members have good builds.

I like the idea of viessa but when i tried to solo the story in the first two betas with her, i found her pretty weak and died a lot early on. Some of the missions around level 30-40 wrecked Viessa completely when running her solo. Im not really sure what i was doing wrong since everyone said shes so strong but I never felt strong with her.

she rewards you for playing a bit more aggro so actually like going in and trying to get everything and every one frozen with all her skils but yes compared to the likes of ajax she is way squisher but thats the trade of you gotta take if you want better aoe/clear and defence down on the intercept bosses, either way both of them are great picks, but Ajax sounds more like your cup of tea so I would recommend him solid starter!

Hey there, that is a good question, It is a global launch so will be available every where just not sure on where the servers would be located, but I dont play from NA or EU and I was fine on the Beta so I think it should be fine in South Africa

I am sure they will add many the betas we only seen up to level 40-50 ish But I seen another vid from the devs and they had item level 93 gear so I think we should get a ton more of intercepts

well you choose a starter and then the rest you have to farm/unlock your self but all 19 descendants will be available to go obtain

I’m buying ult Bunny & ult Ajax on day 1. That way I got a dps & a tank. Gonna be using ult bunny to speed run campaign then use ult Ajax for harder end game stuff for tanking.

Is Bunny really a DPS though? Her Electric nova is good AoE damage but it basically prevents her from shooting, and her ult is okay single target damage but way outclassed by other DPS Descendants

yeah the clips I had was from me mostly just me leveling up some descendants so not really hard content, but the will be adding hard versions of all the missions with different modifiers that you can add to make them harder so I expect it to get much harder, even in the last beta once you go past the initial waves on that mission im doing in the vid it gets waaay harder

Played Bunny, valby, freyna, viessa, Gley, ajax and 1 of the other dudes last September. After 60 hours, I enjoyed Bunny the most, with Valby and Viessa close behind. Couldn't stand the others.

You are talking about ice shackles, passives and whatnot and the video shows the character SNIPING enemies from afar, good job. Downvoted. I wanted to take a look at the skills, and learn more about the ice lady, and some synergies, not listen to a robot reading the skill descriptions.

The shooting is not as good as in destiny. The abilities are not dynamic and impactful as warframe. But I'll try it anyways maybe I'll find something to keep me interested.

I have to disagree with that regarding destiny, destiny's shooting sucks, it has no weight to it, vs warframe I'd say the abilities are fairly equal to how warframe originally launched a decade ago, but warframe has it beat with the movement and melee combat.

@@Monk-Darlington I didn't play this games beta but I have countless hours in both destiny and warframe. Just from eye test on videos about first decedent, the shooting looks meh. Maybe it feels better hands on. I'll have to see on the 2nd.
