Do you still use this build after the changes where aug does more personal DPS? See many swapping spatial paradox, time skip etc. for overlord, blistering scales and so on.

I'm looking to come back to the game for 10.2 and to try augmentation and maybe attempt some mythic bosses. Is there any concern that there might be too many augmentation evokers currently considering how good the spec seems or would it not be too difficult to find a guild that needs one?

9:00 why would putting blistering scales on a dps give me more damage? Isnt it melee attacks against the person with it on them trigger it? So all it would do for a dps would be increase their armor by 30% of my own and not actually do any damage to anything?

After trying this in both raid, dungeons and questing this really is missing the "fun" aspect of it. From the feeling perspektive. I cant see how much damage I give to my party. I cant see what my rotation does, if its good or bad and most the time I just look like a shitty dps. Gives a really bad feeling to play even thou its a fun playstyle.

As an Evoker main, I 100% understand your pain. But honestly, maybe we’re just spoiled by in game addons that are not part of the game but allowed in it. If anything, you can log your performance through warcraft logs and see what you’re doing there. Just know, if you got your rotation and gear down, you ARE making a huge difference. And not just DPS but also HPS and tons of utility. All those things add up and smooth out the encounter.

I definitely feel that from the "looking like a shitty dps" perspective. Ive definately had a blast with it in keys so far, and its starting to grow on me in raid, now that ive started tracking my dps CDs and swapping around my buffs. You may look like a shitty dps on details, but just show them the logs when you're destroying them by a mile after the fact ;)

There are no words how much pain this Aug Evoker class has caused me.. How many failed M+.. They do NO DMG...its a waste of time...

Idk much about the augmentation evoker only that it is a support role. The support role does not do as much damage that other classes can. But makes it up by buffing people's dps and makes healing and tanking less stressful. I main a captain (support class) in lord of the rings online. That is what captains do 😁

details has an updated version now that shows what augs do. their overall dps is like, on par with normal dps. and they also make people tankier and heal more soooo..and have a ton of utility, and lust if needed@@morrowoblivion13

This guys has to be trolling right… having a good aug is basically having 4 and a half dps correction even a bad aug can do that too
