I've recently set some new life goals after SIX YEARS of cancer treatment (nothing kills a goals list faster than a terminal cancer diagnosis 😅) but now that I've been in remission for a bit, I'm just loving your content to help me think about my own goals, and how to take each month as it comes. I just graduated college, moved to Miami, and started a full-time job and my boyfriend bought us a home. I am STRESSED. But your videos have been such a comfort. I have money anxiety and hoard it like crazy and guilt myself when i buy anything that isn’t a necessity but i’ve been budgeting and holding myself accountable and you are such a lovely resource, and you should be so proud of your content! So glad you made intentional time to reflect the month it’s my favorite thing to do for a reset. It gives the brain an opportunity to pause amidst the chaos, untangle and sort through observations and experiences, consider multiple possible interpretations, and create meaning. This meaning becomes learning, which can then inform future mindsets and actions ❤️

I was fortunate enough to never lose my taste buds when I had covid. I did lose smell but only for a few days. It was interesting not being able to smell anything including things like hard-boiled eggs and a really strong scented shampoo(that I am usually half allergic to the scent and sneeze after smelling it). Sorry, you had covid on your birthday, I had it a few weeks before mine and would have felt really shitty if it was during my birthday.

I just got over Covid too. Brutal. Brutal cough and fatigue after. It took me about 3 weeks after to get over the brunt of it. Hang in there, and just lean in and rest.
