I can't decide between these and the Plantronics BackBeat GO 410. I like the Aukey because of the usb-c charging and the earloop, as well as the aptx low latency codec. But I also really like the Plantronics because of the ability to use them in a wired mode, which you never see in wireless earbuds. I really am struggling to decide, especially since at the moment the Plantronics are only $100, so the price difference is negligible for me. Have you tried the BackBeat 410? And if so, between the two, which would you recommend, ignoring the price difference entirely? Also, this is the first time I've seen your channel, loved the review!

I like to rate the quality of the sound on fresh-out-of-package quality. Based on that and my sound preference, the B80s were more on the high side of sound with bass present as well. I listened to "Mona Lisa" by Lil Wayne and toned down the highs and summoned an army of bass, again, to my preference. The loop around the ears is a thin wire, and with the right ear cushion, it is hard to tell you are wearing the headset. The b80s come with 3 silicone cushion and 3 memory foam, all in S M L sizes.

Nice looking set. I've been waiting so long for everyone to switch over to USB-C. Is it bad that now I don't get excited unless they include Qi wireless charging? It's crazy how fast perceptions can change.

Qi wireless will come, but not at this price point for a while.
