*I can say that this gel did surprise me, because my hair is really glycerin sensitive.
*I am not too sure if I would purchase this gel again. Only time would be able to tell. In the days following after using this gel, my hair did became dry to the touch. I opted to wear a puff after day 2.

I've used this and of course my hair shrinks I can't expect natural hair to look the exact same when it dries compared to when it's wet...but for me this gel did elongate my curls more than any other gel I've used😂😍

I love love love this product! This is the first gel that has actually worked to keep my curls so pretty and shiny! It doesn’t dry my hair out or flake 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 I love your hair!

I recently started using this product. I loved the way it left my curls popping! I use a little of the gel on my fingers,the next day, while fingering thru my curls and it helped a lot with the elongation. It made a big difference for me

I like that you didn’t use a leave in. I rarely do unless it’s watered down. It puts a barrier between my hair and the gel, resulting in less than favorable results for my wash n gos. I use homemade flaxseed gel and my curls end up super bouncy, shiny and soft. Great vid! 😊

Hello how are you? I am a new subscriber. The reason why this video caught my attention is because I use the other gel “I can’t remember the name of it from aunt Jackie.” I used the curl lala and the other gel from this line to do a wash and go and I absolutely love the results that I got. Going to check out your other video as well.

This gel made my hair flake so I need to find a good mix and it got dry as the days went on and when I added moisturizer it felt like build up all on my hands

I see that has been a while...but do you think if it had been done in the morning instead of overnight it would have been better? Like less shrinkage because you didn't lay on it before drying...have you tweaked it at all since then? Just curious!

The product says that in order to get the elongation you must use less for elongated curls and more for tighter curls.

When I first started using this, I did have flakes. It was because I used other products before putting on the flaxseed gel. Just now, I did my mini twists using this gel and there are no flakes so far because I did not use any other product

Hey 👋🏾, I came across your page looking to see if anyone used this product. My personal experience I purchased the curl la la and this flax seed gel with the intentions of using the curl lala first and using the gel last to seal it. This of course gave me horrible results. I actually had to rewash my hair because the mixture made my hair have small white crumbs everywhere even while dry. So I went back and used the gel alone on freshly washed hair and I must say I like. Currently waiting for it to dry. I have always used eco styler gel and Tahliah Wajidd and I love my results but eco styler after a couple of days leaves white flakes.

I use the curl la la it’s a defining curl custard moisturizer [to me] and not a gel 💕 I have the no shrink but I can’t use a lot because it will become a nasty crusty flaky mess lol

I currently using this product. It nice but elongation no way. It doesn't matter if it twist out or braid out, it will shrink. It provides elongation only if hair is slightly damp or dry. You can tried it that way if you are looking for elongation.

Shaiyino Mendoza Flaxseeds? They produce a natural gel when you boil them. You can buy a bag from your grocery store. I use 1 cup to 2 cups water and when you see the water start to froth (white foam) remove from stove and drain the liquid from the seeds. The gel makes your hair super shiny. I prefer “homemade” flaxseed gel over the commercial brands. However, the hold is not as strong for people with super thick hair. 😊
