I am a 72 year old Kerala born Tamil IYer who grew up in Mumbai , studied my engineering in BIT Mesra, Ranchi. Worked in Mumbai and Chennai. After spending 27 years abroad I am back in my homeland and now live in Chennai. Why am I saying all this ? I chanced upon your Vlog and you moved me to tears especially the one on Kerala. Brought back great memories about my place of birth. You brought out the real Kerala in every aspect that resonated with me. I used to spend every school vacation between 1955 to 1966 in Kerala. I was just telling my wife that I have stumbled upon your channel and am finding some strange comfort in the content you are creating. Also love the fact that you have a friend anywhere and everywhere because of the wide variety of work you have done in almost all languages of films. I loved what you said in your Chennai vlog that so what you have tasted a better filter coffee or an Idli, enjoy this one you have right now to the fullest. On a lighter note, my wife being a Tamilian and me being a UP wallah, we both are pretty sure that at your age we will also have friends anywhere and everywhere 🤗🙏

I guess chances were less for you to visit Palakkad Right? 😀 Kerala means people will rush to Munnar, Thekkady, Alappuzha, Kovalam, TVM etc. No one visited Palakkad. Now only people realized that what is Palakkad and started visiting amazing Palakkad attractions😍

This vdo reminded me our Kerala posting. One of my best days of my life from 2003 to 6 at Azhimala , Navel Academy Project. It was really difficult to understand their language but not love. Kerala is a really God's own country.

I live in Palakkad and have been to this place so many times as a kid to get parcels for family functions; but with the advent of pizzas/burgers and all the western cultural influences, haven't been to this place for long. Thanks for rekindling the spirt of going back to your roots and finding true bliss. It's not the food alone, but the love with which it's being made that makes it special
