Nice reaction. A few things to point out tho; I doubt it is God she intended to be in focus in this song since Aurora is not religious in any traditional ways as far as I know. It is more likely Mother Nature (The Earth) and humanity's relationship to it, and how we treat the earth. The conflicts we create, the fires we spread and so on. But then Aurora create music and lyrics in a way that it is open to personal interpretations, and in that regards you are right :)

Amazing Art and amazing (strip down) live version. Very captivating. For sure it is connected with Nature but also about people and how we treat the earth (I feel there are lines about politicians/corporations and influential people) and our relation with Nature. But of course her lyrics are always open for interpretation and it is nice that you do such interpretations. There are no wrong if you feel this in her music (and your interpretation actually also fits to lyrics very well :) ).
