People were just tired about it, and regard him as a uncreative and "dull" persona since he doesn't have anything to say rather than his catchphrase.

My guess is because it's annoying af. I don't mind other peoples catchphrases like "Bomba" and stuff because they are actually funny. But I just cannot stand it when this dude yells "1 man 2 biceps" so loud that his mic start shrieking. Mad respect for the dude, probably one of the best Sett in the game, but I can't stand his one liner personally and since Synapse is censoring him, I'd figure I'm not the only one.

I do feel like the censoring of the biceps diff guy might be a bit much. I dont particularly like the guy or the catchphrase, but it is kind of his brand that he's trying to build up whether people like it or not. Using the clips while censoring his branding feels... like some sort of breach of fair use in which case the clips would be better used more sparsly or not at all. (Unless ofc he expressly agreed to it in which case go right ahead and my comment is irrelevant)
