yo fam! 😎👋 in dis vid, i took on da ultimate challenge: instalin Arch Linux w/ Wayland 🐧💻🌟 lemme tell ya, it was a whole journey, no cap! 🚀🔥
first off, Wayland was givin me hella trouble 😫🔌 it's s'posed to be da future, right? but it ain't easy, frfr! 🙅‍♂️🤯 had to work thru some boot problems and fix up dat pesky EFI partition 😤💻 but u know, it's all part of da game when u dealin w/ Arch Linux. 🕹️💪
Nvidia and Wayland? 🤯🖥️ man, dat combo was somethin else! 🤦‍♂️💥 we'll talk bout dat struggle too, just so u ready for it. 😅💡
but it ain't all bad vibes, fam! 🙌🥳 i had a blast figurin out how to use a tiling window manager w/ Hyprland 🪟🔲✨ it's low-key bussin once u get da hang of it! 🤩🤓 plus, Arch is all bout dat customization life, so we gonna dive into dat too. 🔧🎨🖌️

ive been maining bspwm/endeavourOS for awhile now and i like to shake things up and i think im gonna test her out. i gotta a sata to usb and a few extra ssd because im a smelly hopping freak. prollie throw it on the metal over the weekend see if i like it more than bspwm it seems to be a lot smoother than what i got going on with the picom fork animations. ive been maining linux for 3 years now and playing around with it since when ubuntu released back in the day. ricing machines is funner than most video games ive played lol.

I try to do all my gaming on a VM because I am schizophrenic and paranoid of things like fractureiser sneaking into my 100+ mods

@@HughBone i seemed to miss the whole fractureiser crap ... i guess that is because i didnt update to the latest MC version i was happy running on old version, i have cobblemon and they are so far behind so it never bothered me i use fabulously optimised and a few other mods on top just to make the vanilla experience nicer but playing it on bare metal with hyprland means that my DE is not eating away at resources and i get between 17 + 1800 fps :D

Why suffering? There’s Garuda Linux….super sexy UI and very hard to break. Wanna have 100% sureness you will NEVER break your system? Try an immutable OS with containerized apps (i.e. Bluefin, Vanilla OS, etc.)
