Why are there two air control wheels? Which direction (clockwise or anti-clockwise) increases, or decreases, air flow?

Thanks for comment - if you are facing the knob and burner is sitting in normal position. Turning anti-clockwise is increase airflow, thank you Two air control wheels - one for inner ring, one for outer ring

Hello, thanks for your question. This is only suitable with low pressure regulator and must not be used with high pressure regulator We have other burners that are specific for high pressure regulator. thanks

What is a common reason on why it won’t light a flmae

Blocked jets, blockage in venturi (Gas pipe), ignition sparker dirty, blocked jets and there's many other reasons - best to have it serviced by a licensed gas plumber or return to manufacturer
