Nice review mate , i see they listened to you and have made a V2 with lots of improvements ! I wish there was somewhere in Brisbane i could try before buy though !

Good review. I noticed your legs are on a reasonable angle. I was wondering how tall are you? As I’m 5 foot 10in. Does the seat move back anymore and do the pedals move forward more as I like my legs a bit more stretched out. Love your videos

Hey Starkalarm, thanks for your comment and question. I am 6 feet tall, both seat and pedals have more travel, so you should not have a problem achieving your desired driving position. Since I completed this review, TrakRacer have released an RS6 v2 model incorporating my suggestions and advice for some areas that could use improvement. SimRacing with AussieStig thank you, I’ll head over now and have a look. Just got back from there web site. Unfortunately there is no mailing option to get it to me in New Zealand. But there is a company here that will be selling it from September 1st. I was wondering what changes they might be making due to your input. So I can also make sure I don’t get an older version as I saw nothing about a RS6 V2 on there web site. Thanks for your help. Hope to see you on the track. Yes mate it does have some flex in it. TR have since redesigned this area as well as the pedal deck and made significant improvements. I will be reviewing the latest version Mk3 #soon. Stay tuned. Cheers AussieStig

Hey Ratpac Racing, Trak Racer informs me that a Buttkicker 2 mount is available on their site. So you if you would like check it out you should be able to find it no problem. Cheers, AussieStig

Newer rigs from TR are waaaaaaay better than these old ones. Everything has been improved dramatically both in terms of engineering and quality, the seats are now almost at the same level of real GT cars while then they looked like some wannabe thing stitched together in my uncle’s back yard. :-) Mk3 Series of RS6 and TR8...take a look on the italian site: www.trakracer.it

Terrible product, that amount of flex would be acceptable for a Playseat Challenge, not a full blown rig.
