Wieder in kleine Gruppen, Schweißkurse über ein Tag.
Ab August 2023.
Möglichkeit eigene Bleche ( auch vom Vespa ! ) zum Reparieren und eigenes Schweißgerät zum Üben mit zu bringen.

Schweißkurse und Oldtimerseminare
• Fügen von Blechteilen, MIG-Hartlöten, MAG, WIG oder Autogenschweißen mit und ohne Zusatzmaterial
• Reproduktion von Karosserieteilen, Tür-Haut, Schweller usw.
• Motorradtank oder Motorradkotflügel
• Das Anfertigen von einfachen Schablonen
• Blechen treiben auf dem Klopp Sack oder Holzklotz
• Walzen von Blech, mit dem English-Wheel
• Bleche bearbeiten mit dem Stauch- und Streck Gerät
• Arbeiten mit der Sickenmaschine
• Beim Mitbringen eigener Blechteile, zum Beispiel eine Tür oder Haube, das Ausbeulen von Flächen
• Das Schlichten mit der Karosseriefeile
• Mit Flamme stauchen von (Spring)beulen
• Wie immer könnt Ihr eigene Schweißgeräte mitbringen, bitte vorher angeben
Las-cursus en Old-timer Workshops
• Samenvoegen van plaatwerkdelen, MIG-hardsolderen, MAG, TIG of Autogeen lassen met en zonder toevoeg materiaal
• Reproductie van carrosseriedelen, bijvoorbeeld, deurhuid, dorpels, enz.
• Motortank of motorspatbord
• Eenvoudige sjablonen maken
• Plaat drijven op de klopzak of op het houten blok
• Plaatwerk walsen, met het English-Wheel
• Plaat bewerken met het krimp en rekapparaat
• Werken met de kralenmachine
• Bij het zelf meenemen van plaatwerkdelen, bijvoorbeeld een deur en/of motor of kofferdeksel, het uitdeuken van oppervlakken
• Afwerking met de carrosserievijl
• “Kikkers”, krimpen met de vlam
• Zoals altijd, kun je je eigen lasapparaat meenemen, laat het mij van tevoren weten

Aangezien de maatregelen versoepeld zijn wil ik graag de cursussen lassen en plaatbewerking weer hervatten Mogelijkheid om eigen plaatwerk mee te nemen voor reparatie en eigen lasapparaat om te oefenen.

Formation et soudure de carrosserie- tôlerie
pour véhicules de anciennes
• Assemblage de pièces de tôlerie, brasage MIG, soudage MAG, TIG
Soudure autogène avec et sans matériau supplémentaire
• Reproduction de parties de carrosserie, revêtement de porte, seuils de porte, etc.
• Réservoir de moto ou garde-boue de moto
• Création de modèles simples
• Forme la tôlerie sur le sac à sable, ou le bloc de bois
• Laminage de tôles, avec la English-Wheel
• Traitement de la tôle avec le dispositif de compression et d'étirement
• Travailler avec la machine à perler
• Lorsque vous apportez vos propres pièces en tôle, par exemple une porte ou un capot, le renflement des surfaces
• Terminer avec la lime corporelle
• Compression (ressort) bosses avec flamme
• Comme toujours, vous pouvez apporter vos propres appareils a soude, veuillez nous en informer à l'avance

Les mesures étant assouplies, je souhaite reprendre les cours de soudure et de tôlerie.Possibilité de réparer vous-même votre tôlerie et d'apporter votre propre machine à souder à la pratique.

• Reproduction of body parts, door skin, sills, etc.
• Motorcycle tank or motorcycle mudguard
• Making simple templates
• Hammering sheet Metal on the Sandbag or wooden block
• Sheet metal rolling, with the English-Wheel
• Processing sheet metal with the compression and stretching device
• Working with the beading machine
• When bringing your own sheet metal parts, for example a door or hood, the finishing of surfaces
• Finishing with the body file
• Shrinking (spring) bumps with flame

Sehr beeindruckend. Der Big Healey ist mein Traumauto. Ich hätte vor einem Jahr beinahe einen gekauft. Für den schlechten Zustand war der zu teuer. Aber der Traum ist noch nicht ausgeträumt. Irgendwann finde ich den richtigen. Danke für eure tollen Videos. Ihr seid immer wieder eine Inspiration um das rostigste Hobby der Welt weiter zu führen.

Toll zu sehen, dass der Healey nun fast fertig ist. Vor fast fünf Jahren habe ich mal nen Schweißkurs bei Mobylas belegt, da stand der Wagen schon auf der Hebebühne.

Fantastic job. In 1975, I came back to the UK from a year in Australia with some cash in the pocket. First thing I did was to buy a 3000 Healey Mk1 in not very good botched condition. So, I stripped it to its chassis at my parents house in Northumberland and discovered that the top scuttle was totally out of alignment possibly due to an accident. I then got a job in London and the next I heard was that the house in Northumberland was sold and the Healey, in bits, was also bought for 2000 pounds. (I had paid 1500) by the new house owner. If I'd known about the excellent service provided by these guys, I would have sent the chassis to them to be thoroughly repaired.

As always high class workmanship . Doors on a karman ghia vary by 5mm and the lead at the back of the door was 15mm

What is the point! to make your own panels is not cost effective and Not original. Factory panels were never made by hand.

Hi Bernard thanks for watching, Factory Panels at that time ( 1967 ) , these Pannels where partially made by hand and wehre all pressed. If you take front and rear shroud, they where made of several panels and welded by hand together ! Also they where hammerd in shape at that time. After welding they would worp. You are right it is definiteley not cost effective. In fact it is cheaper to buy everything new. But, and that is the point, i tried to keep es much from the original Panels as was possible and only to weld new what was to bad. So in my case, of this 1967 Healey, it still has most of its original panels, about 65 % i would say. The work was done according to the "Charter of Turin" vcc.org.nz/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/FIVA_Turin_charter_handbook_intro.pdf

Hello Bernard, i could not answer your question here on KZfaq (for the hammer an dolly´s) fore some reason, you can always mail me also ! I know about the problem with the communication with Armak, i will try to contact them ..... ; )
