Being able to confidently steer the direction of your career while being able to understand the importance of trail and error is such a raw emotional opportunity . When you have a deep rooted connection for music it’s more than a surreal experience .. to most , music is a more of a beneficial factor , maybe most can tell you who inspires them but artist like us we take it a step further .. we are inspired but more on the fundamental observation of the power we hold in our voice or the layered process of creating a space where people can see the picture we’re painting or the adrenaline we feel when others read our lyrics and are able to feel the depth within our context but can allow others and encourage them to take our art in what ever way they do .. Almost like we are leaving every line up to the listeners interpretation , beyond all of these passive emotions .. Giving full opportunity to take in a new perspective every time they hear .. when you fully understand and appreciate the concept of connection between an artist and the listener your perspective tends to deliver real uniqueness , genuineness and authenticity . A lot of people are trying to make it big in an industry where there is NOW no true foundation or formula and no rational approach to give the best advice for someone learning the ropes or wanting to “ make “ it , solely because they honestly want others to hear their art with hopes to inspire others while appreciating the guidance given from those who have had their rise and fall in this industry , who paved the way for artist like us . We can honestly learn an abundance from the past legends before who actually gave us real advice and insight ( whether that’s through the timeless gems they left behind or all the knowledge and wisdom through public interviews or written documentation of their lives and career . ) To be able to create from scratch and still apply your signature touch is not something most singers / songwriters can do .. I’m happy to see you’ve found your moxy when it comes to the art of songwriting .. people don’t realize the real importance of being able to take an idea ( that inspires you with only your 5 main senses ) and watching that idea transcend into a quality song .
