9:49 you said on an older video, think it was the 2022 championship, the videos I started on, you played white because it made you look like the blizzards. Then after that i fast forwarded to about 4 months ago (when I started watching) about fall 2023 and you were red, and I didn't know why you switched. I don't like the black color for players because they don't light up their bonuses like the other colors do. I'd prefer that be the color of NPCs like Zombies or something. Also when a player Bots I'd really like a little symbol to appear on them a little Bot Icon to let me know a player isn't controlling them. Just help me coordinate everything in my brain while I'm watching you. There could be tons of quality of life upgrades! Imagine a mode where you got the ghostly outline of caps out in the fog, either once you found them, or always. Or if you could see further out on fog (2 squares) on your capital or something, or all sorts of various doodads. More variability you can control, like you said fixed blizzards you can design the map a little for tournament play.

Would there be any way to play a game of multiple mini maps within a world logistics control map? Say, occupancy gives full support troops to minimap, adjacency give half troops. Connected cap gives bonus troops. Could try WW2 scenarios, fixed allies 2v2 / 3v3.

hey pete im a kiwi and just notcied you pronouced Whangarei wrong. In maori its pronouced fuhng·uh·ray. The wh sound makes a Fu sound instead of a Wah sound. Its a common mistake for non locals but rest assured a typical kiwi will roast you if you if you say like that. we even have ads in new zealand mocking people saying it hahah.
