So true, so true! And what hurts more is in SL there are certain hotels that only entertain 'foreigners' and outright deny entry to locals, no matter how rich you may be. Our own people treating us like this in our own country hurts even more 😢 Even here in Japan, there is a 'white man' mentality just like in SL, and they (Japanese) consider themselves as Caucasians on a subconscious level. And they treat us dark skinned folks with a lot of discrimination, but it's done in such a subtle way, that it does not come out into the open as much as you would see in the West.

Thank you for your valuable comment❤️👍🏻 I heard about well known egostic attitudes of Japanese. According to some SL hotel owners, they are not welcoming locals as locals sometimes ruining the peaceful atmosphere, especially after drunk

You are correct. I have seen several times foreigners smoking in exposed areas. Why is it that they are superiors not to obey our local rules and regulations?

I strongly think this video should be shown to all the dual citizens.
That’s so true. I have started to watch your videos. Very interesting. I was thinking about those facts. When we were small I heard about Sri Lankan beach boys and things happened in Sri Lanka. Foreigners misused poverty. Very sad. I went to SL recently; very expensive. Thanks for your videos. They are interesting and eye opening. ❤

Ado machan this is very true I use to always wonder why these foreigners would go and show tuk tuk rides and eating short eats. Thanks for talking the truth - Lankan in Floria!
different perspective... but good point. sad leaders in this country don't see, no intelligence to understand even if they see it and no interest to fix it.
clarke kiyala nama thiyena ekkena gana neda professor kiwwe? even though i love his work this a very bad side of him i've come to learn when i looked deep into his life.
There are few main reasons for countries like Sri Lanka are visited by many tourists from western developed countries. 1)Cheap transport and exotic food 2)Natural endemic flora and fauna(or what's left of it) 3)To experience different cultures that was a part of the British colonialism. 4)Cheap visas 5)servile attitude of the locals towards the English speaking white Anglo people Other not so main reasons are, 1)Cheap prostitutes 2)Cheap child sex

Yes true story. But I think this is how a person with Asian mindset deals with the world(act and react). Thanks to utube, I have seen Russians, Africans, Japanese and Chinese deal with same issues differently. As an example, I have seen this same scenario that you described, between urban and rural community within SL as well. :) Hopefully if SL blends with the world more and more, these things will go away.
