From what I understand the moment of silence in the beginning was for Chester of Linkin Park.

Yes. Chester was good friends with Taka. They were planning on touring together before Chester's untimely passing. Taka sang with the band in Chester's memorial concert. It was a very painful loss for OOR. ❤

Sorry but this isn't true; Taka has never said this before and the song was performed with the moment of silence even before Chester's passing. Also the song is about letting go of a toxic relationship. That wouldn't be an appropriate song to dedicate to Chester.

@@JNDreactionsUnfortunately this information is false but it's been spread as fact through comments on KZfaq. It's not a tribute to Chester. They've been doing the silence on tour even before he passed away. Also the lyrics of this song which are about letting go of a bad relationship would not be suitable for dedicating to someone you respect.

Nice reaction. They just released a brand new single 2 days ago, "Make It Out Alive". The song is their collaborative project with a mobile game "Monster Hunter Now". And they will premier the MV on August 29. It would be fun if you can react to this MV 😊

For music, I never following the trend or what the top music right now, I just listen to what I think the best. It can be old music or modern music. If it's getting my attention, I'll definitely put it in my playlist. As I get older, I realized music is more to something I needed, not something I listen only to have fun.

Taka, the lead singer, wasn't feeling well and still put on this good of a performance. The silence was a tribute to Chester from Linkin Park. They were supposed tour with them.

@@chandellmonroe5254 As far as I know, when this specific moment took place, Chester wasn't yet dead. I believe it was just for show (not the right word, but I can't English rn), they did it before when performing this song. He goes on singing "Silence strikes like a hurricane", right? That was a genius idea, it made the live performance very special. It's a song about a break-up or at least a bad ending to a relationship anyway, why would he dedicate it to Chester?

What a song for you to start with!!! Despite this amazing performance, I understand he was very ill & thought of canceling this performance. They were about to tour with LP when Chester died. I’ve heard the same thing about that pause being a dedication to him but also heard that wasn’t true. Either way, they were definitely influenced by LP. Btw, they’ve been together since 2005 - all that time I’ve been missing those bands too, OOR has been there all along 😊

The recorded version of this song features 5 seconds of summer. It definitely more upbeat than this live version. Live is always the way to check them out. But there MV are literally art. I recommend Save yourself Be the light The beginning Stand out fit in Renegades No scared Broken heart of gold This are all MV but please react to their live videos first they are epic. Hey dude. There's some serious misinformation being written in the comments of your video. The silence at the beginning of the song is NOT a tribute to Chester. They did this on other tours even before Chester passed away, and the song's lyrics are not appropriate to dedicate to someone they respect. In the same manner, this song is NOT about Taka's family. He did have a tough time growing up but he has had a great relationship with them for years and would never write a song disparaging that. Please don't believe everything people post. There's a lot of misinformation out there and this is how it spreads.

Thanks for reacting to my band. The vocalist is called Takahiro Moriuchi, Toru is the guitarist and is the leader, Tomoya is the drummer, and Ryota is the bassist. Taka and Toru are the ones who write and produce the songs. In "take what you want" Taka tells us the story of his family. He says that he does not want anything from his broken home since his parents divorced and that affected him a lot, Taka also left home at the age of 15 because he did not get along with his father (he is a very famous Japanese singer , his name is Shinichi Mori), I tell you that his mother is also a very famous singer (Masako Mori). Taka's father didn't want him to have a rock band, he didn't support him with his dream, that's why they were long distanced. Taka also has a younger brother named Hiroki, he also has a band "my first story", just this year they spoke again and luckily now Taka has a very good relationship with his family

Dang did you get that info from an AI chat bot or something? It's totally incorrect. This song is not about Taka's family. The only songs he has dedicated to his parents are "Nobody's Home" and "Hard to Love," both of which THANK them. Taka did have a tough time growing up but they've had a great relationship for years now, especially with his dad, and he would never write a song disparaging that relationship. Don't know where you got this information but please don't go around spreading it because it is very very incorrect.
