That’s the reason I used loose leaf logs when I had my truck. No need to throw it all away. 😂😂

True Story……..Local driver took truck to load while I had my major break.. Police were ahead on the pads…MY logbook went in the river, so the local driver didnt get done for having 2 logbooks in the truck…… after this incident, it sounded like it could be a repeatable event..lol

Cleaning the truck inside the cab at home had the book on the fuel tank me 2 rottwielers got it ripped it in to thousands of pieces

Downside of logbooks…….get caught in a traffic jam on Monday, then run out of work hours 4 hrs from home on Saturday morning………if you drive, it could cost you $18,000. Freeway gets shut due to major accident. Truckies cant get home for their day off… Logbooks/work records seem to disappear…… No other Aussie worker has this burden….

How long ago did log book's come I stired in the 80s no log book this was in QLD, NT, WA never had a log book. I tell a lie somebody gave me a log in 90 to bring a truck bobtail from Brisvagas to FNQ pulled up at weight bridge cop no need to stop not carting anything so don't know what you do with a log book 📚❤😂😢🎉😢😮😅😊

I think you guys most somehowe be lucky with that book of lies. In EU it is all automatic digital registration. Abouth 15 years ore more now. Not much you can do with that to help yourself with a lie of goodwill. You are to be envied for that.

All the technology around now in the work place, the driver has to fill out a log book. Why not Use Google. GPS and keep a record and time. Even a snap shot moment.
