NEW - #THEGUESTOFALKEBULAN
Spirits, fallen angels, gods and demigods. It is said that before ages and centuries were formed, powerful spirits and energies ruled in the affairs of men. Right here, on the land of Africa. This is said to be the origin of the gods and the powers of the unseen. Legends say, some fell from the skies and others morphed into river bodies where they reside till today, hidden and far away from the land of the mortals.
Who are the river gods? Welcome to 'Quest of Akebulan', with Maame Grace. We are on a journey to make Africa find itself.

The ewes comes from Oyo state in Nigeria and some stayed there and the rest moved to Togo notsie , when they got to Benin 🇧🇯 they came across river Bono and they said spoken words and they all vanished to the other side of the river and they moved to stay at where they call today as notsie in Togo, it’s kinda similar to Moses and the Red Sea

What she didn't ask was the names of the clans in then Notsie. The Ancestor of the Akans were with the Eves. He was an Eve. Eves didn't moved to an already established Ghana or move to the land as new comers, meeting an already existing group or Akans. Eves covered the entire Africa, particularly Western Africa. Many don't know Eve doesn't refer to a language. It's a lineage or bloodline. Europeans only selected a group within the Eves group and named them Eve. Like he said the Eves of Ghana were known as Dogbo. When the Ancestors of the Dogbo arrived in the land now known as Ghana, they lived together in the land know as Volta region now, which is part of Ghana. The Eves ruled the entire region and beyond because they were the Kings. From them or there, part of the Guan or Guin Eves settled beyond the Volta river. Later the Anlo Eves joined them. The Anlos Eves formed the GAs. A mix of Anlos Eves and Akans formed the GAs. After the Anlos, followed was the Akwamu - Eves. The Akwamus expanded and concered the south, the Eves of Accra and pushed them to join the Eves beyond Volta. The rest mixed with Akwamus to form Gas of the Accra we have now. The Bonos Eves or Northern Eves or the Chakosi Eves , settled in the middle sector of Ghana, they mixed with Mamprusi people to make up the Bono people. The Twi language proper came from the Akwamus, before all the Akans, (Akuapem, Akyem, Kwahu, Dorma, Asini, Denkyeras, Asante) adopted it. Before they all spoke the Guin- Eve language, Bono language. All these people including Eves of Ghana came from the Dahomey Kingdom/ Whydah Kingdom, their last settlement was Notsie. The Northerns of Ghana are from Burkina Faso Northern part of Dahomey, which formed the Mossi people. We have all intermarried or mixed to form the Ghana we see today. It's colonialism, colonial boundaries, greed, wars, slavery and tribal politics that has divided us into these groups.

@@johnnydarren8444the Akwapims are of Eve origin. Them including the Akwamus all came with the Eves from Notsie. The Anlo Eves were their Ancestors in Notsie. Search the origin of Akuapems, you will read that they are of Volta descent. Eves goes beyond the Eve languag, Eves speak in Ghana. There are various form of a larger Eve or Gbɛ languages.

The Ewe, Ga, and Ada people migration started in Egypt. From Egypt to Sudan, Sudan to Ele Ife Bonny in Nigeria, From Nigeria they came to Dahomey, From Dahomey they came to meet Torgbey Agorkorli at Nortsie. After running away from Torgbui Agorkorli . they split into different groups thinking that Torgbey Agorkorli soldiers would chase them and arrest all of them. Those who passed through the mountainside are the Vedome people Ho and Kpando sides, Those who pass the central side stop at Fenyi. Others passed through the coastal side were the Anlo and Agave people led by Torgbey Venya and Aga and their final destination Agave, Tefle, Sokpoe, Bakpa, Adidome, mafi, and others.

Please Maame Grace, edit that first part of the interpretation, and re do it as a voice over as your interpreter messed up too bad and had made your twi translation made the king's assistant to look bad. You're dealing with a nation so every word must be interpreted as it was spoken for future sake.

Ewes are also Akans. Gâs of greater Accra are also Akans. Please, sister explore this history. At least, they still bear Akan names. Their language is composed of lots Akan words. Same applies to Ga. Let’s link up and be one

Goodwork. In my opinion, all these arguments about the origin of Okomfo Anokye bring no development to Ghana. Whether he is Ashanti, Akwuapim, Volta, or wherever, it is still Ghana. In years to come, the Kwahu, Fanti, and other tribes in the north will claim same. Let's just say Okomfo Anokye or Okomfo from Notse was a Ghanaian. Even me, he was my grandfather's maternal uncle's daughter's grandson's son's son's daughter who married an Ashanti whose son moved to Akwapim to start a family. In 2030 they will move to Nkawkaw Gradually, the family will expand, and by the time the world ends, Okomfo Anokye would be a British man. Fullstop, matter finish.!!!!🙄
