3 - Tomato Paste Cubes or 4tbsp
1 - Habanero or Scotch Bonnet Pepper
2 - Garlic Cloves
3 - Tomatoes
2 - Onions Medium size
Ginger about 2 thumb sizes
1 - Palm Cream ( Large Can)
Beef Seasoning - tt or Seasoning of your choice
Salt - tt
Protein
Cow Meat
Cow Foot
Sea Blooper Fish
For Akplidzii/Aprapransa
2-3cups - Palm - nut Soup
1cup - Roasted Cornflour
