Yep I’m Jamaican and every Jamaican has West African descent and if you think about it we are very linked…Ghanaians eat talapia fish with banku: Jamaicans eat snapper fish with bammy…Ghanaians eat sweet bread: Jamaicans eat hardo bread…Ghanaians love coconut: Jamaicans love coconut…Ghanaians have meat pie:Jamaicans have patties❤❤❤🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲if you hear Jamaicans say Mama Africa, it’s because hey have an understanding that’s there heritage and know that they have African ancestors ❤❤❤

I used an air fryer for one set of dough and fried the rest in oil. The one from the air fryer tasted amazingly out of this world. The set I fried in a pan tasted amazing but not to the level of the air-fried one.

I've never thought of it, but it is similar to my family's recipe, which is native american (sans the pineapple extract) for a good roll mixture. So seeing this can help make another application for fried bread from the rolls/flat fried bread I always do. I will try to remake it and enjoy the fruit of this.
