آلو بخارہ اس میں نہیں ڈالا جاتا گوشت کے ساتھ اس کی چربی اس ڈش میں ضروری ہے۔ پانی حد سے ذیادہ ہے جب کہ آپ کو گوشت گوشت کی اپنی چربی گوشت کا اپنا ہی پانی یا بہت معمولی پانی کے ساتھ پکانا تھا ۔ لیکن آپ کی ڈش کی خوشبو بہت ہی پیاری تھی میں یہاں فلوریڈا میں محسوس کررہا تھا۔

Pakatay wakhat aloo k chilkay utar gye thy aur surfing mein aloo wesay k wesay hain chilkon sameet aur pani b zyada lag rha tha. Ye wahi dish nae lag rhi jo ap originally paka rahi thi. Anyway thanks

Maine bataya hai kuch aloo k chilky utar gye hain wo mai sath sath nikal dungi aur janab ap bana k dekh lijye agar same procedure follow kraingy to bilkul wesa bane ga jesa nazar araha hai. Thank you 😊
