Thank you Pastor Bobby for this. I have been single for 40 years and never in a relationship. It’s embarrassing especially in this world for me to say this bc I am looked as something is wrong with me or I am weird. People quote Genesis stating that God wants everyone to be married. I used to pray for a relationship and marriage, but it never happened. I am not sure if God has called me to a life of singleness like Paul, or if I am single, because I didn’t listen to God if He did bring someone in my life. My family sees me as a disappointment for never being in a relationship or giving them grandkids. I am so confused as to what I should be praying for. I just want to be content in whatever path God has for me. If you could pray that God would give me direction, guidance, and wisdom in this area of my life I would greatly appreciate it.

I broke up 4 months ago from my ex, he’s non believer. I got lost in my 5 year relationship, putting him as the center of my life and my joy. I forgot Jesus, until He revealed who my ex truly was and we were totally not compatible. And suddenly he broke up with me. Watching from Indonesia. Been following Pastor Bobby on Instagram and now watching full sermon. This sermon bless me, right after I broke up with my bf last month. He dumped me, when everything seems so smooth and we were doing good in relationship. 4 hours before he asked for break up, we still talked on the phone and everything was normal. He left me abruptly and said that he can't do this anymore, he can't see any future with me when the morning he still said that he will Never give up on us. When pastor Bobby say "he lives in the basement with his parents" Oh my God I'm laughing 🤣🤣🤣 because, my ex boyfriend still live with his parents (toxic parents) under their control. I think God saved me...

I want to say something about that I personally don't have control over someone else's spiritual values and spiritual decisions. The only person I have control over the spiritual decisions of is myself. Many times some believers get married and one partner chooses to walk away from Jesus. My argument is in a relationship, you can't expect someone to have the same spirituality as you and you can't expect them to stay the same way as they are and not change their spirituality if they choose to. One thing I can say is they need to respect you and you need to expect that from them and be clear with them on that. My girlfriend is a non believer but she respects me. She knows I go to church on Sunday, she knows I read the Bible, she doesn't use bad language around me. We also made the decision to not have children as this can be difficult considering there are different values but we have worked out to stay together and respect each other and there is genuine care and love in the relationship.

I wish I would’ve listened to not being unequally yoked. I was atheist but grew up in the church. Jesus made Himself real to me and I dedicated my life to Him. A short time later my wife abandoned me on our 10 year anniversary and our daughter’s birthday month. I learned she had been having an affair also around the time I started serving God. She was always a narcissist but I always took our covenant marriage seriously even when I was atheist. Now my kids are having to go through this storm with me. She wanted nothing to do with God. In fact she even started practicing new age magic so she want all the way opposite. Now my heart is hurt and I’ve been depressed since July 1, 2023 and having to take my kids to therapy for their own hearts. It has been the hardest thing in my life and I was USMC infantry. At least in war you know who the enemies are. You don’t realize how hard it is when the person you loved is actively attacking you and trying to destroy you. God has been faithful and not allowed a single one of her lies or attacks succeed. I know God will make good out of this it’s just hard and sucks to go through.

Pastor we need a sermon in christian dating boundaries.i met a guy recently in online dating site .he only initiating sexual talks ...90% only that .I liked him.but at some point I felt he is only for that. But he quote bible verses often more than me. I really got confused and ended it he said his only way of moving towards a relationship is physical intimacy...i couldn't take it like that .I want someone to connect emotionally with me...what are allowed in christian dating .... regarding physical intimacy and how one should proceed it .

And i know that he is still working on me because I have allowed them to become a distraction from God.
