@@Normalguy21 I know many people believe that there is no point of following Hadith , because some Hadith told by the biggest scholars can go against the wills of Quran i.e age of Hazrat Ayesha RA. And considering some foods or acts Haram which you can't find one verse of Quran not to do. Sunnah is not derived from Hadith. These act of Prophet transfered like namaz roza hajj from sahabah to tabayeen and tabatabayeen. I know sahih bukhari and other Hadith book provide you a way to tell how Prophet does but from 1 book to another there is so much difference that you can't differentiate the truth so you have to accept ,which is considered as basics must be from the prophet ,and the secondary acts are on you.

The best argument would be Quran it self. Quran is ahsan-al-hadith (Best hadith/statement) It is Furqan (criterion b/w right & wrong) It is Mizaan (Criterion/balance/scale) It is Fussilat (Explained in detail/fully detailed/fully explained) It is Bayyinat (The Evidence/clear proof) It is Laaraib (Pure/without a doubt/without a mistake/perfect) Allah says in Quran, it is fully detailed & nothing important for us is left un-discussed in it. Allah says in Quran, He tells us the best history / best of narrations in Quran.

Obviously Sunni.. because you know, you & me most of us belong to Sunni families. Interpretation being different is normal, those who follow & understand Quran based on hadiths have created thousands of different interpretations (& hence thousands of diff sects). However, there is not a drastic difference between interpretations of those who follow Quran-centric approach, compared to those who follow Sunni or Shia hadiths. You won't find Ghamdi sahab or any other names you mentioned, saying pork is halal or we should not fast or Islamic unity is not important or Islam is against arts & critical thinking. There are minor differences, which are normal. But when we look at Traditionalist, it is as if Islam mentioned in Quran is an entirely different religion from what is mentioned in Shia & Sunni hadith literature. The schools of thought argue, which animal is halal or not. One that is halal in one school is haram in others. If it is the same religion, why this difference? When we look at Quran, we are told that these things listed are haram, and that's it. They are a handful of things, one can count on fingertips. Wudu is extremely simple & straightforward in Quran, mentioned in detail. Whereas even then Sunni & Shia (& sub sects within them) all have differences in Wudu because they are following their sects & scholars & not Quran. Quran is just mentioned for barakah. Thats all. There are conflicting & contradicting hadiths & Tafasirs about one verse of Quran. Kiab is a book and hikmat is wisdom. In the given context, I interpret it as one has to think carefully about Quran (the book), before making a decision or forming an opinion about its message/contents.

If you are in a state of ceremonial impurity, bathe your whole body. But if ye are ill, or on a journey, or one of you comes from the lavatory, or you have been in contact with women, and you find no water, then take for yourselves clean sand or earth, and rub therewith your faces and hands, God does not wish to place you in a difficulty, but to make you clean, and to complete his favour to you, that you may be grateful" 004:043 "O you who believe! Approach not prayers (Arabic: Salaat) with a mind befogged, until ye can understand all that ye say,- nor in a state of ceremonial impurity (Except when travelling on the road), until after washing your whole body. For God does blot out sins and forgive again and again" (6) WHERE DO THESE MARKS OF PROSTRATION COME FROM? 048:029 “Muhammad is the Messenger of God, and those with him are firm of heart against the unbelievers, compassionate among themselves; you will see them bowing down, prostrating themselves, seeking grace from God and pleasure; their marks are in their faces because of the effect of prostration; that is their description in the Torah and their description in the Gospels; like as seed-produce that puts forth its sprout, then strengthens it, so it becomes stout and stands firmly on its stem, delighting the sowers that He may enrage the unbelievers on account of them; God has promised those among them who believe and do good, forgiveness and a great reward”(7) THERE IS A DIRECTION FOR QIBLAH 002:144 "Indeed We see the turning of your face to heaven, so We shall surely turn you to a qiblah which you shall like; turn then your face towards the Sacred Mosque, and wherever you are, turn your face towards it, and those who have been given the Book most surely know that it is the truth from their Lord; and God is not at all heedless of what they do" 002:149-150 “And from whatsoever place you come forth, turn your face towards the Sacred Mosque; and surely it is the very truth from your Lord, and God is not at all heedless of what you do. And from whatsoever place you come forth, turn your face towards the Sacred Mosque; and wherever you are turn your faces towards it, so that people shall have no accusation against you, except such of them as are unjust; so do not fear them, and fear Me, that I may complete My favor on you and that you may walk on the right course” (8) USE A MODERATE TONE IN SALAAT 017:110 "Say: Call upon God or call upon, the Beneficent God; whichever you call upon, He has the best names; and do not utter your prayer with a very raised voice nor be silent with regard to it, and seek a way between these" (9) SALAAT INVOLVES UTTERANCE 004:043 "O ye who believe! Approach not prayers with a mind befogged, until ye can understand all that ye say,- nor in a state of ceremonial impurity (Except when travelling on the road), until after washing your whole body. It becomes clear therefore that a form must exist before the danger is encountered. This notion is confirmed in the Quran when we are told to re-establish form when the danger has passed. 002:238-39 “Attend constantly to prayers (Salawaat) and to the middle prayer (Salaat) and stand up truly obedient to God. But if you are in danger, then (say your prayers) on foot or on horseback; and when you are secure, then remember God, as He has taught you what you did not know”

(11) CALL FOR PRAYER AND CONGREGATION 062:009 "O you who believe! When the call is proclaimed to prayer on Friday (the Day of Assembly), hasten earnestly to the Remembrance of God, and leave off business: That is best for you if you but knew!" (12) 'SALAAT' AND 'DHIKR' ARE NOT NECESSARILY THE SAME PRACTICE This can clearly be seen when in one verse, they are shown to be two separate practices. There are also other examples of this in the Quran. 062.010 “And when the Prayer (Arabic: salatu) is finished, then you may disperse through the land, and seek of the Bounty of God: and remember (Arabic: wa-udh'kuru) God often (Arabic: kathiran): that you may prosper” (13) HYPOCRITES AND PRAYER 004:142-143 "Indeed, the Hypocrites - they think they are over-reaching God, but He will over-reach them: When they stand up to prayer (Arabic: Salaat-i), they stand without earnestness, to be seen of men, but little do they hold God in remembrance; They are distracted in mind even in the midst of it,- being (sincerely) for neither one group nor for another whom God leaves straying,- never will you find for him the way" (14) DO NOT ABANDON SALAAT AS DID THE PEOPLE BEFORE 019:58-59 "These are they on whom God bestowed favours, from among the prophets of the seed of Adam, and of those whom We carried with Noah, and of the seed of Abraham and Israel, and of those whom We guided and chose; when the communications of the Beneficent God were recited to them, they fell down making obeisance and weeping. But after them there followed a posterity who missed prayers (Arabic: Salaata) and followed after lusts soon, then, will they face Destruction"

Standing position (3:39; 4:102); Bowing down and prostrating (4:102; 22:26; 38:24; 48:29). (10) Form is not required during times of emergencies, fear, and unusual circumstances (2:239). Jab tak Namaz se pehly Wuzu kia jaye(jo ke Quran main detail se mentioned hai) aur Quran main Ruku,Qiyam,Sujood kiya jaye aur Allah ke liye namaz parhi jaye aur Namaz main Quran parha jaye tou ye Namaz durust hogi Quran ke Mutabiq. @@Normalguy21 It will not be that important for our iman. So if our beliefs don't stand on hadith then it won't matter for people of faith whether hadith is authentic or unathentic.

Quran says that we completed deen for you الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإِسْلَامَ دِينًا. If Ahadeeth were so important then surely Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم would have asked sahaba to start compiling it in his life time. Also, why Sayiddina Abu Baker assiddiq and Syaddina Umer didn't compile any book of Ahadith whilst they were one of the closest of the companions of Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم۔۔. Even thought of compilation of Ahadith did occur to Sayidna Omer but he said that I have abandoned this idea after doing istakharah for month. All Ghamdi sahab is saying that Quran and Sunnah were given to ummat by Prophet Muhammad صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم himself. Whereas Ahadith was compiled by the sahaba رضوان اللہ اجمعین as their individual initiative. It was not ordained by Allah and Rasool صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ۔ as a source of deen. Therefore, we should really be looking at as a historical record but not as a source of deen.

@@junirox1 in the life of Hazrat Muhammad SAW. He asked his companions to write hadith. Also warned. You would not know the difference between quran and hadith . So Shaba became alert and careful. Hadith wasn't written for this reason. But as the companions of Hazrat Muhammad SAW begin to vanish hadith was established. People went far away just to verify one hadith. That was not just for history. It was for seerat, for sunnah to know how App SAW did what he did. It was the way of life of HAZRAT MUHAMMAD SAW. ordered by Allah. Not ordinary history.
